In a quiet place, 25 minutes from Nantes and 40 minutes from La Baule and its beaches. Private parking for 10 vehicles (parking and PRM access). Large enclosed outdoor area of 5000 m² distributed to the South-East with terrace overlooking the garden, petanque court and private tennis court, and to the North-West with a relaxation area with 5-seater spa overlooking the other part of the garden. Games room equipped with table football, table tennis, darts, shuffleboard in an adjoining barn.
