Great place with plenty of room for our group of 3. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Several bus stops nearby and an S-bahn stop about a 15 minute walk away.

Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very convenient to public transportation. I had a very calm and relaxing time. Having laundry facilities was a huge benefit for a long stay!

Welcoming hosts, lots of space, high quality furniture and appliances!!

The hosts made our stay very comfortable. The home is lovely with lots of yard space to hang out and delicious cherry trees to enjoy. The furniture and appliances were all of the highest quality and added to the comfort and ease of our stay. We hope to be back in the future :)

Great choice to stay in Berlin.

Huge thanks to Ingolf and Eleonora for their hospitality. They rent out a part of their house that feels like a separate home, complete with a large, beautiful garden and a BBQ area. Inside, there are two spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bathroom. The kitchen has everything you could need, plus little extras you often forget—foil, parchment paper, salt, oil, tea, etc. We were even treated to coffee that could be made in the coffee machine.The outdoor BBQ and relaxation area is very pleasant, and you can even sit there in rainy weather. This section feels somewhat separate, giving you the impression you're renting an entirely independent house. The location is quite convenient, especially if you're arriving by car. We didn't have one and used public transport: there's a bus stop nearby, and the train station is about a 20-minute walk away.If you want to explore Berlin during the day and then relax in a lovely garden in the evening, this is the perfect option. Viele Baustellen in und um Berlin, enormer Verkehr. Geschäfte und Gaststätten in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung absolut top, alles vorhanden, was notwendig ist. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Unentgeltlicher Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Gemütliche Sitzecke im Garten für die Gäste.

Wir hatten eine sehr herzliche Begrüßung. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Mit wenigen Autominuten war man im Trubel von Berlin. Die Wohnung selber war sehr ruhig gelegen mit Parkplatz vor der Tür, was in Berlin nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Lieben Gruß

Familienurlaub mit drei Generationen

Séjour de 5 jours a Berlin sous un beau soleil. Notre location était vraiment très bien Le couple a été tres gentils avec nous malgré la barrière de la langue nous avon communiquer par traducteur Nous etions à une heure de berlin centre de porte a porte Le bus a 150 m de la maison et 3 arrets pour aller a la gare Ensuite le train pour le centre de berlin Transport regulier avec peu d attente Vraiment une location comme decrite dans l annonce Je recommande ce couple sans hésitation

Solide Unterkunft mit sehr viel Platz.

Die FeWo stellte sich für uns als eine typisch, rustikale DDR-Altbauwohnung mit sehr viel Platz dar. Ideal für eine mehrköpfige Familie mit schmalen Geldbeutel. Ich hoffe dass die Preise so beibehalten werden, damit auch andere Familien diese FeWo nutzen können. Herauszustellen ist, dass auch der Garten genutzt werden kann. Die Übergabe erfolgte kurz und knapp, ohne langen Schickschnack. Für uns hat das super gepasst. Auch die Rückgabe! Etwas verstörend war allerdings, dass unvorbereitet die Kurtaxe eingefordert wurde. Zum Thema Sauberkeit noch ein Satz. Die Bewertungen dazu sind für uns nicht ganz so nachvollziehbar. In der Hausordnung steht zwar klar und deutlich dass benutzte Gegenstände zu reinigen sind, dies war jedoch bei uns nicht ganz so der Fall. Vor allem die Hausgeräte hatten doch sichtbare Fettspritzer oder schon etwas Patina angesetzt. In Summe würden wir wieder buchen, da wir mit den Mängeln in Verbindung mit dem Preis leben können. Das umliegende Viertel ist sehr ruhig, geprägt von ebenso vielen Altbauten und Pflastersteinstraßen. Es ist so ruhig, dass man fast die Haustüre offen stehen lassen könnte.

Vielen Dank für die ausführliche Bewertung. Ich denke, wir werden unsere Preise so lassen, wie sie sind. Was die Übernachtungssteuer (= Kurtaxe anlangt... ich kann nichts gegen die Vorschriften des Berliner Finanzamtes tun. Ich muss aber sagen unvorbereitet trifft es den Gast nicht, der sich mein Bestätigungsschreiben durchliest. Dort weise ich ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass die Steuer bei Anreise zu zahlen ist. Sauberkeit ist eigentlich eine für uns sehr wichtige Prämisse. Es kann aber sicher mal passieren, dass wir etwas übersehen. In dem konkreten Fall war es so, dass wir nur sehr wenig Zeit zwischen dem Gästewechsel hatten. Patina bei unserem Geschirr oder den Edelstahltöpfen kann ich mir nicht vorstellen. Allerdings...eine Pfanne haben wir nach Ihrem Besuch bereits aussortiert, da traf der Ausdruck 'Patina" tatsächlich zu. Aber schön, dass Sie wiederkommen würden. Dann war es ja insgesamt doch "erträglich ", oder. Danke auch, dass Sie die Bettwäsche abgezogen und uns die Arbeit dadurch etwas erleichtert haben.Das machen leider die wenigsten Gäste. Ich bin damit zufrieden und empfehle es weiter

Danke an die Gastgeber. Die Eigenschaften der Unterkunft entsprachen der Beschreibung auf der Website und die Gastgeber und Gastgeberin waren sehr nett und freundlich. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen sehr schönen Garten und Hof mit einer Schaukel und einem Grill, den die Gäste nutzen dürfen. Der kleine Nachteil der Wohnung ist die schlechte Belüftung in der Küche, wodurch bei jedem Kochen von Speisen viel Dampf und Rauch entsteht, was zum Ertönen des Rauchmelders führt. Eine alternative Lösung besteht darin, während des Kochens die Zimmertüren zu schließen und die Flurtür zu öffnen. Auch Übernachtungssteuer wird vom Gastgeber gesondert erhoben, diese war nicht in der Rechnung von Ferienwohnungswebseite enthalten, was mich überrascht hat. Abgesehen von diesen Nachteilen waren die übrigen Fälle sehr gut.

Prima verblijf

Wij zijn vriendelijk ontvangen door de heer en mevrouw Kind. De vakantiewoning was van alle gemakken voorzien. Een grote tuin waar je gebruik van mag maken. S-Bahn Altglienicke is een kwartier wandelen, dus je bent vrij snel in Berlijn. Genoeg recreatie in de buurt, mooie meren en bossen. Auto kan men makkelijk parkeren in de straat, er is altijd wel plek. De moeite waard om weer eens terug te keren en een adres om te onthouden.
