Amazing

This place is amazing to relax and get a mini getaway outside Berlin. You can still sightsee in Berlin, and get back and enjoy the place. I don’t recommend it if you want to experience Berlin and nightlife but it’s good for outside Berlin and going to the beach.

Es war sehr erholsam in dem kleinen ruhigen Häuschen, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Häuschen wurde auf unsere Bedürfnisse vorab sehr gut eingerichtet, für unser Enkelkind. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit im unteren Bereich war leider nicht so angenehm.

Klein aber fein!

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern für 5 Tage in diesem netten kleinen Häuschen und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir fanden eine moderne und umfangreiche Ausstattung vor, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Einzig das Schlafsofa unten war für uns anscheinend nicht optimal, aber das ist natürlich eine sehr subjektive Einschätzung. Die Umgebung bietet alles, was man für den Sommerurlaub benötigt. Einen Badesee, mehrere Eisdielen und in kurzer Fahrweite noch andere Aktivitäten. Für das leibliche Wohl sorgen verschiedene Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder.

Schöne Urlaubstage zu viert

Wir hatten 3 tolle Tage in einem schönen, sauberen Häuschen mit Garten für uns und unsere 2 Kinder. Auch in der Umgebung hatten wir super Tagesbeschäftigungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Das Haus war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Einziger Kritikpunkt für uns ist der Straßenlärm der B1- da wir sonst aufdem Land wohnen sind wir dies einfach nicht gewöhnt. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen.

Frau Buhle und ihr Sohn sind sehr freundlich, die Unterkunft ist sauber und ordentlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub benötigt, Verkehrsanbindung nach Berlin mit Bus und S-Bahn sehr gut. Kleines feines Haus

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im kleinen Häuschen am Rand von Berlin. Toll gelegen mit Seenähe und altem, aber voll funktionstüchtigen Spielplatz direkt vorm Haus. Ideal mit Kindern, da es verkehrsberuhigt in einer Sackgasse liegt. Wir haben den Außenbereich gut genutzt. Eine tolle Hollywoodschaukel ist vorhanden. Innen ist es mit 4 Personen im Wohnbereich recht eng durch das ausgeklappte Schlafsofa. Für 3 Nächte fanden wir es gut. Für länger würdne wir ein Haus wählen, wo es auch ein Elternschlafzimmer gibt. Alles in allem ein schickes kleines Häuschen. Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nachbarn sind auch sehr nett.

Es fehlt an nichts...

Wenn man ausspannen will und Ruhe sucht - hier geht das. Das Häuschen ist für 2 Personen locker ausreichend (4 gehen auch aber das wird etwas eng). Es ist von Kaffeemaschine über Toaster und Wasserkocher alles vorhanden. Herd, Kühlkombi, Mikrowelle... Kleiner Garten mit Sitzmöbeln und Polstern (in einer Box) sind auch vorhanden - sogar ein Grill ist vorhanden. Obwohl es sehr nahe an der Bundesstraße liegt, war die Geräuschbelastung wirklich gering. Einen Parkplatz hat man auch immer, da das Haus in einer Sackgasse liegt. Ein Bäcker ist fußläufig erreichbar, zur Autobahn mit dem Auto 2 min. Ebenso ist da ein großer Einkaufspark mit einem großen Sortiment und mehreren Essensmöglichkeiten. Also es ist alles da und in der Nähe. Nach Berlin rein sollte man ca. 1 Std. rechnen - nicht wegen der Entfernung sondern wegen dem Berufsverkehr - dafür kann aber ja der Vermieter nichts. Aber in der Umgebung ist auch einiges zum sehen. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und umgänglich, bei Problemen jederzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich auch. Rundum kann ich das Häuschen empfehlen.

schönes kleines Häuschen mit Garten und viel Zubehör

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und top ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Das Bad ist modern und kann sich sehen lassen, hat aus Platzgründen keine Wanne dafür eine geräumige Dusche. Auch (Brett-)Spiele (u.A. Tischtennis, Federball/Badminton ect.) und ein paar Bücher sind vorhanden. Leider waren ein paar Saiten im Badmintonschläger gerissen aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Zur großen Freude unserer kleinen Tochter war auch ein kleiner Spielplatz (mit Tischtennisplatte) vor der Tür. Das Haus ist zwar recht Platzsparsam jedoch hat man dafür sein eigenes kleines Reich und ist ungestört. Für unsere kleine dreiköpfige Familie hat es allemal gereicht. Auch die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich und nicht aufdringlich, Daumen hoch. Die Lage ist etwas ab vom Schuss, für Leute die es gerne etwas ruhiger haben (wie wir) ist es ideal, wer ein Auto mitbringt hat sowie so kein Problem mit der Mobilität. Ansonsten ist die Lage auch akustisch recht ruhig, auch wenn die B1 in der Nähe verläuft. Wir fühlten uns dadurch nicht gestört. Die Fahrräder (inklusive Kindersitz & Helm) sind in sehr gutem Zustand und waren für uns ein echter Segen, da wir ohne Auto dort waren. Nach kurzer Recherche war die Anreise mit den Öffentlichen auch kein Problem (Vorsicht bei Zugverspätungen: der 951er Bus fährt auf dem Dorf nur bis ca. 20 Uhr, ggf. Taxi rufen). Die Betten & die Couch waren sauber und schön bequem, die Bezüge frisch gewaschen. Ein bisschen fummelig ist es den Safe zu öffnen aber nach einer Probeminute klappte auch dies. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen war das WLAN, es war zeitweise sehr schwach und am stärksten auf der Terrasse vor der Eingangstür, vermutlich steht der Router bei den Nachbarn (ich empfehle einen WLAN-Repeater). Ein Netzwerkkabel für unseren Laptop konnte ich somit nicht anschliessen, war aber auch nicht schlimm da wir die meiste Zeit eh unterwegs waren und Abends hat es für unsere Zwecke locker genügt. Gerne wieder, es war ein erlebnisreicher und doch erholsamer Urlaub in einem kleinen aber feinen Häuschen.

Alles schick im kleinen Haus

Tiny House Liebhaber kommen mit diesem gepflegtem, organisiertem und sauberen Häuschen voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet und aufgeräumt. Das Bad hält allen Ansprüchen stand - außer man badet lieber ;). Das kleine Fleckchen Erde mit seiner schönen Terasse lädt auch am Abend zum draußen sitzen ein. Selbst für einen Grill inklusive Kohle ist gesorgt.
