CABIN LOCATION:
This lovely log cabin is located down Walden's Creek Road, on the Wears Valley side of Pigeon Forge, situated in the mountainous woodlands. When you're ready to leave your cabin retreat, you can enjoy all that the area has to offer, whether it be hitting the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge (25 minutes) or exploring the Great Smoky Mountain National Park or Gatlinburg (40 minutes).
Guest access You get the whole house. Parking is in front of the cabin and fits up to 3 vehicles. Other things to note
All guests must be 21+ with the exception of children with their parents. Maximum of 8 people, including children.
No parties.
No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. Ashtrays are provided outside.
Pets are not allowed. We love our furry friends, but out of consideration for those with allergies, we do not allow pets. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $175 and may be asked to leave.
There is a floodlight camera on the front exterior to monitor the entryway and parking area. If you touch or tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
We highly advise that you purchase traveler's or trip insurance to protect your purchase in the event of poor weather, illness, or other factors outside our control that would cause you to cancel after booking. Many credit cards offer this protection as well.
The cabin comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, and bathroom towels. We provide a starter kit of items to help make your check-in easier. These items are a courtesy to you; if you are particular about the items you use, be sure to bring or purchase whatever you need to your liking. Our starter kit includes: A pack of coffee with creamer, 1 paper towel, Dish soap, Dishwasher detergent, Laundry detergent, Trash bags, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, Body wash, Body lotion, and Shampoo and conditioner.
Roku streaming is provided, which includes free channels. Bring your own passwords for subscription channels.
The cabin is in a mountainous region; therefore, some roads may be considered steep. We have no issues with a two-wheel-drive vehicle under normal dry conditions, but a four-wheel-drive vehicle is advisable under adverse conditions. We do not issue refunds for weather or driving issues as this is beyond our control.
The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. The roof is metal, and there is no attic. If a squirrel crawls on the roof, you will hear it. If it’s raining, you will hear it. If you see a bear during your stay, whether in the park or in the driveway, do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are rare!
We have our cabin on a monthly pest control program performed by a certified and professional pest control company. As is the case with all cabins in the area and likely your own home, 100% pest-free is impossible to attain, and occasionally a bug may slip through these defenses.

It was great hosting you and the family! I look forward to hosting you again in the future!
The host was extremely responsive and the home was very well appointed with a lot of extra amenities that most places don't have. Would definitely recommend and will stay again! One important note is that the roads are narrow and tight and I highly recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle if staying here in the winter. :). Can't wait to come back!

Thank you, Keith! I’m glad you enjoyed the cabin and everything it has to offer. Come back anytime.
Kevin was very welcoming, communicative, and responsive. The cabin was very cozy with an incredible view from the decks. We also enjoyed all of the amenities including the hot tub and pool table. The roads up to the cabin are steep and narrow but that is to be expected. We hope to stay again in the future as it really felt like our home away from home.

Hi there future guest! I'm Kevin, and I look forward to you booking your vacation at our beautiful cabin. I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado but before that, I was in the US Air Force where I got to serve our great nation, travel the world, and live in Japan and Germany. I was born and raised in the Central Valley California town of Hanford surrounded by cows & agriculture. My favorite thing to do is make memories on vacation with my wife and kids, and our cabin is a great place to do just that.
