Nestled just outside of Deadwood, South Dakota, this cozy 3-bedroom cabin (2 bedrooms are located in the open loft) and 2-bath retreat offers the perfect getaway for families and small groups. Beautifully furnished, Eagle’s Lair combines rustic charm with modern comfort. With a heated garage, wood-burning fireplace, and wrap-around deck, you might never want to leave!  When you’re ready to unwind from your Black Hills adventures, enjoy the inviting living area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and wood-burning fireplace. The open-concept dining, living, and kitchen areas create a warm and social atmosphere, with direct access to the wrap-around deck.



Main Level Highlights

Open-Concept Living Space: Fully equipped kitchen flows into a cozy living room with ample seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and TV. Dining area seats 6.

Outdoor Living Space: Wrap-around deck accessible from the dining area—perfect for morning coffee, grilling on the BBQ, or soaking in the views.

Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer conveniently located off the living area.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole cabin. **Pets not allowed.



The Neighborhood:

This is a peaceful area with a small creek running across from the cabin. There`s great outdoor spaces with an outdoor fire pit and chairs down by the creek.



Getting Around:

There are taxis you can take to get around. If you drive, there is a large driveway that can accommodate several vehicles. *4-wheel drive required for winter driving conditions*



Other Things to Note:

The cabin is approx. 8 miles from Deadwood. There is 2 miles of unpaved, hard-packed road going to the cabin.



**Please note that Eagle's Lair does not have air conditioning (A/C) available. However, the cabin is nestled amidst the wooded Black Hills, providing natural shade and a cool environment during most of the year. Additionally, fans are provided in the cabin to help circulate air and keep guests comfortable.
