Let's meet at Base Camp! This stunning 6-bedroom, 6 bath lodge sleeps 21 with no beds in the common areas! Whether it’s for a group of friends, a family gathering or a corporate retreat, this lodge has been custom designed and furnished to make you feel at home with plenty of space to gather together or to spread out and enjoy!

The Powder House Pass Development is centrally located in the Northern Hills recreational region and is only 15 minutes from Deadwood. You will enjoy the paved roads, hi-speed internet, cellular service, and easy parking - even in the winter months. There is also a Community Clubhouse and Clubhouse pool that is heated year-round for your group to enjoy.

We wanted Base Camp to be accessible to everyone in your group, so we built it with zero steps to get into the main floor. Your whole group can all be together in the vaulted great room that includes kitchen, dining and living room. The large island and dining table will provide ample seating! We also have a built-in buffet area to make serving a breeze. The lodge has been designed to make cooking easy and fun, and we have tried to think of everything so you can enjoy the well-stocked kitchen. We have two 14-cup coffee pots, so you can grab a cup and curl up by the fireplace or go out to the deck to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Also on the deck, you will find both a large Napoleon and a Blackstone Grill, so that you have options! Burgers, pancakes, steaks or bacon - you can do it all!

The expansive lower-level great room has an 86” television and comfortable seating to enjoy movie night or a big game. For your convenience, there is laundry both upstairs and downstairs. There is also a treadmill and workout area in the lower level. For those who prefer to get their exercise out in nature, the Mickelson Trail is accessible from a path right in the backyard! You can also have a game night with a wide variety of options provided and the kiddos have their own little nook down here too, including a desk area and play tent. You'll also love the free Youtube TV and high-speed Starlink satellite internet!

There is no need to keep the coolers on ice since we have a 45 cubic foot double door commercial refrigerator in the garage as well as an industrial ice maker!. The oversized garage is also outfitted with storage cabinets equipped with an air compressor, jack and tools to help with minor fixes. There are ample places to hang coats, helmets and snow gear in the heated garage too. We have provided some fun outdoor games, like giant Jenga, cornhole and bocci ball.

With almost 1000 square feet of outdoor living space, your group can enjoy the beauty the Black Hills has to offer. Relax in comfortable Adirondack chairs by the gas fire pit, at the outdoor bar, or in the large hot tub. If the upstairs grills aren’t satisfying everyone’s hunger, there is an additional large Napoleon grill on the downstairs patio for your enjoyment.

You'll love the amount of driveway space for parking trucks and trailers. There are also maps in the garage that show some great ATV trails that can be accessed right from the lodge. If you have a motorcycle or classic car and just want to road trip for the day and put on some miles, we have got some maps with some suggested routes, too! The snowmobile trails can also be accessed from the development and Terry Peak is just down the road for those who love skiing.
