Large open concept cabin is fully furnished and waiting for you to make it your home away from home. This spacious home boasts 2,279 Sq. Ft. and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Whether you’re seeking a location near to a public ramp for your next fishing tournament, a weekend getaway in the country, or a place to gather friends/family this cabin offers seclusion/privacy while having quick access to local eateries and boat ramps. Rear of property offers small creek which feeds lake, natural area including large trees, fire pit for relaxation and smores, patio area and outdoor party pavilion w/ fish cleaning area

Adventure awaits you in this popular recreational area. Lake Sam Rayburn and the surrounding area abounds with fishing and hunting opportunities. The beautiful lake is ideal for a variety of water activities. This home only 2 miles from the public boat launch and the Umphrey Family Pavilion on Hwy 255. Home is located on dead end street for evening walks.

If golf is your game, Rayburn Country golf course is 1 mile away and is open to the public along with restaurant and occasional weekend entertainment

In need of food and supplies? Piney Point Plaza on 3881 Rr 255 W is only minutes away, and you will find the "The Stump” restaurant, Hamburger Depot, Mexican Restaurant, and Donut shop, The Dam Liquor Store, and a gas station. Down the street, you will find a Dollar General Store, Kaines Meat Market, Tackle Addict & Needmore Tackle Store for boat rentals. Only 20 minutes from Jasper you can find Walmart, Lowes plus a variety of restaurants and varied stores. There are a few churches on FM1007. If you are looking for a more adventurous day trip, Lufkin (Zoo) and Toledo Bend are each 50 miles away and you can be in Beaumont in an hour and a half.

Strip sheets on used bed and lay in corner. Leave used towels in pile in bathrooms Leave house key on counter or return to lockbox when leaving
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Bag all loose trash & empty liquid out of containers. Dispose in trash cans *non refundable pet fee 200 per stay May be deducted from deposit
Do not remove trundle from center bedroom. It is too heavy for housekeeper to move back following guest stay
