Only a few steps from the Bay in the pretty town of Arés, this warm house is ideal for holidays with family or friends. It offers 6 comfortable beds and all the necessary equipment for a carefree stay.

• A master bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom and toilet,
• Two bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and separate toilet,
• An additional toilet on the ground floor for more comfort.
The spacious and bright living room, the fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a laundry room with washing machine complete the interior services. Air conditioning throughout the house.
Outside: enjoy a private swimming pool, a pleasant terrace for your outdoor meals, and a shaded petanque court for moments of relaxation.
