Great place for a vacation

Nice house within walking distance to the beach. Pool was just the right size for cooling off. Lots of bike trails, close to a couple if restaurants and a small convenience store. Great if you don’t want to get in a car and drive. If you want a little more action it’s just a bike or car ride away. My grandson loved it. Caroline and Stephane were great hosts. They were so nice and helpful. They gave us lots of suggestions for restaurants and things to do.

Perfekte Wohnung für den Urlaub mit der Familie. Strand fussläufig in weniger als 5 min erreichbar. Supermarkt und Restaurant in direkter Nachbarschaft. Netflix, Tischkicker, Dart, Pool - hat uns auch bei Schlechtwetter geholfen.Klimaanlage und Heizung vorhanden.Ruhige ungestörte Lage, unkomplizierter Checkin und Einweisung. Gute Küchenausstattung, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind perfekt für die Familie.Sehr nettes und engagiertes Gastgeberpäörchen.

Alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Gastgeber super nett, haben auf alle Fragen sofort geantwortet. Das Haus ist großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist fantastisch und die Abdeckung perfekt,da wir 2 kleine Kinder dabei hatten. Es gab genug Geschäfte in der Umgebung und viele Ausflugsziele. Es ist ruhig und sehr grün.

Même si la météo n’a pas été avec nous lors du séjour, la maison est top. Possible de se baigner sous la pluie avec une eau à 29 degrés. Caroline est très gentille. Je recommande vraiment cet établissement tant par l’agencement de la maison et la piscine, ainsi que l’emplacement à proximité de la dune dix minutes de marche, du bassin 5 minutes. Arcachon, La Test ou les premières plages océanes à 10 minutes en voiture.

Très bon accueil par la propriétaire très sympathique. La maison est très agréable et confortable avec l’équipement impeccable. Proche de la mer, de la dune du pyla et d’arcachon nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille et entre amis et nous avons même pu profiter de la piscine chauffée pour un premier novembre ! Un très bon séjour en famille !

Nous avons été ravis de cette maison : elle est jolie, propre et très fonctionnelle. Les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables (la piscine chauffée est un vrai plus !). Nous avons eu peur de la localisation (a côté de restaurants et bars), mais le double vitrage fait très bien son travail ☺️ la communication avec l’hôte est facile. tout est de plain pied, pratique avec les enfants. Nous reviendrons très certainement !
