The living area gives your group room to spread out, whether that's planning tomorrow's bike ride over the dining table, catching up at the breakfast bar, or gathering for a game night or movie night in the large living space. The private entrance and elevator access add ease to every arrival and departure, and a dedicated workspace with strong Wi-Fi means remote work or study is a smooth option when needed.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The villa sleeps up to 7 guests across two bedrooms and a sofa sleeper. Bedroom 1 holds a king bed, while Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a single bed. The living room sofa bed rounds out the sleeping arrangements, making this a great fit for families or groups of mixed sizes.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is set up for everything from a quick morning coffee to a proper sit-down meal. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Grab supplies from nearby shops and cook in, or head to Coligny's restaurants - both are easy from here.

 

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are well-appointed, with bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, and cleaning products provided. Essentials including towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are included, along with bed linens, hangers, and iron.

 

Outdoor amenities & building facilities

The pool is available for guests (heated in March and April only), and the outdoor hot tub and fitness center are open. The property is waterfront, with direct beach access to Hilton Head Island's 12 miles of shoreline. Pool Bar Jim's beachfront bar and restaurant is just nearby for a cold drink or a bite after a morning in the water.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
