Great location and host

Miesha was amazing at communication and responded quickly at every step of our booking and through the stay. The location was close to the beach, historic Kirtland, the Chagrin nature center, and downtown Cleveland for the museums. Our family had a great time.

Cozy quiet getaway!!!

Nice cozy environment. Very quiet. Clean. Loved the dining area! Just would have liked a nightstand in the bedrooms and hangers in the closets.

Nice Place

It was nice to stay there while visiting family many hours away from our own home. We had no problems with neighbors or anything. Quiet neighborhood. Communication was really great she replied almost instantly! There was a small issue with the fridge and she had the cleaning lady right over and got it fixed! Only issue with us is we had three small kids and the stairs was an issue for us for the wanting to go up and down them, we should of brought a gate and extra toys! It was simple and a nice stay for what we needed!!

We never stayed.

The location was not desirable. The house itself was clean on the inside but the screen door had holes and it had an undesirable smell to it. We left after viewing it five minutes and got a hotel room. We just didn't feel.safe in that neighborhood.

It’s really unfortunate that you would leave this negative review saying it had a bad smell when the reality of it is that you just didn’t like the neighborhood (which you never mentioned to us). You kept saying smelled like smoke which we knew wasn’t true. We’ve had this home listed for a couple of years now and have never had anyone say there was a bad smell of any kind. We clean this home before and after every guest. Our neighborhood is very diverse, quiet and safe. I’m not sure what your motive was but this review is truly not a reflection of the condition of our home. We can respect honesty but not made up reasons because you didn’t like the diversity in the neighborhood.

Review

This place does not have any air conditioning it was extremely hot and the windows did not open. Also it wasn’t too clean it was dusty and spiders and spiders webs everywhere. I would not recommend staying here in the summer.

We are sorry about your experience. We have since added 2 air conditioning units since your stay. We are new to VRBO and this was our first rental during the season change. It was literally only 45-50 degrees outside days before your stay. Not sure about your claims of dustiness as we use a professional cleaning service after every stay. Having a spider make it’s way into any home is normal and out of our control but we will look into spraying for them. You are the first guests to ever mention seeing spiders. Meanwhile, we appreciate you leaving the place in decent shape.

What a disappointment!

Cozy townhome?! What a farce! This was nothing more than section 8 housing in a neighborhood where shoes are dangling from electrical lines. No wonder there were no outside pictures! There was no bathroom on the first floor so it was a difficult time for a handicapped member of the family. The unit was relatively clean but the furniture throughout was subpar - the sectional pieces sank when one sat in them. The bedding was cheap and not sufficient. The bathroom door wouldn’t close…need I go on? This accommodation affected what was to be a memorable weekend in Cleveland.
