• The only thing missing is Granny's famous meatloaf - but I left you coffee, tea and a guestbook full of local recommendations instead.

Guests have access to the entire home and yard, except these areas:
• the locked garage
• the locked owner’s closet in the basement
• the locked unfinished third floor
• the locked second story patio

Item of note for groups with limited mobility guests: all bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each of the two bathrooms are accessible by stairs only as well, one on the second floor and the other in the basement.

Granny’s place is family-friendly but not baby-proofed! Guests with young children should take necessary precautions to ensure their safety during their stay.

Like many Grannies out there, this Granny's place has its quirks! Please read and review to make sure none of these are deal breakers for you so that you have the most pleasant stay possible for your trip!

· Only one outlet per bedroom.
○ All bedrooms and areas lacking outlets have power towers. All the bedroom power towers have wireless charging capabilities. All power towers have both USB outlets (B and C) and traditional outlets.
· Only one usable outlet in kitchen.
○ A banquette table with a power strip is available in the eating nook. Any corded kitchen appliance can be used here.
· Original antique single-pane windows.
○ Blackout curtains, alarm clock noise machines and ear plugs are provided.
· Humidity levels rise when windows and doors are open.
○ Keep windows and doors shut as much as possible. Being so close to the lake, humidity does find its way in and make surfaces slick. Use extreme caution as all stairs and floors are slippery when wet.

Zero Tolerance Policies
× Parties/events ($1,000 fine + immediate cancellation without refund)

× Indoor smoking of any kind ($500 deep cleaning fee)
× Device tampering ($250 fee + possible cancellation)
× No illegal drugs, substances or activity (immediate cancellation without refund)

Quiet Enjoyment
• Observe 11pm-9am quiet hours
• $500 fine for excessive noise violations

Not Permitted
• No firearms/weapons
• No open flames (candles, incense, fireworks)
• No glitter/confetti ($500 cleaning fee)
• No mail or packages

Outdoor Only Smoking
✓ Permitted 15+ feet from home
✓ $150 cleanup fee for improper disposal

Checkout Protocol
• 11am checkout sharp – $150/hr late fee after 11:30am
• Leave the home in reasonable condition (deep cleaning fee $500 may apply)
• Please report any damages promptly so I can address them right away

Administrative
• Primary guest must complete:
✓ ID verification
✓ Signed rental agreement
• Local guests (within 20 miles) require pre-approval
• Extended stays (14+ days) require bi-weekly cleaning at guest’s expense
• No refunds for internet/power outages
