Villa Marrakchia is located in a residential area just 10 minutes from the city centre of Marrakech.

- On the ground floor you have 2 large living/dining rooms, 1 triple suite with private bathroom, a sanitary area and a service kitchen.
- Upstairs you will have 7 suites all equipped with a bathroom as well as 2 large terraces.
- On the ground floor, you will have a 50m² riad-style master suite equipped with 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub, dressing room, fireplace and private patio.
There are also 2 other independent suites on the ground floor.

All suites have a mini bar and air conditioning.

Various outdoor areas are at your disposal as well as a large swimming pool that can be heated on request 3 days before arrival and at an additional cost.

The privatization of the villa includes breakfast, served by the staff.
