Perfect location !! You will be close to literally everything! In a well establish neighborhood. Shopping, entertaining and dinning literally minutes away. The house is spacious with ample room. Two living areas with 65` and 55` 4K TVs. Blazing fast internet and desk area. Plenty of seating areas. Fireplace.
Master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom.
Perfect for work or pleasure visit. Kitchen well stocked with essentials if you like to prepare meals.

This house has two separate living areas. One living area has a desk and chair for remote work if needed. Large fenced yard with seating area.

When I bought this property a few years ago, there was a tree inside the house growing! It was in such bad shape, there was a hole on the roof and you could see the outside. I completely remodeled to what it is now! Ready for you enjoy your stay in Tyler
