We`re a 2-minute walk to Spine and Joint and a 5-minute walk to UT Health and Christus Mother Frances. Enjoy easy access to downtown nightlife and Northside restaurants, plus shops and eateries in South Tyler. Our home features new furniture and super-fast internet, perfect for work or pleasure. We look forward to hosting you!

Newly remodeled home in the beautiful Azalea district! Nestled among mature trees in a friendly, quiet neighborhood, our location offers convenience and tranquility. We`re a 2-minute walk to Spine and Joint Hospital and a 5-minute walk to UT Health and Christus Mother Frances. Enjoy easy access to downtown nightlife, Northside restaurants, and South Tyler`s shops and eateries.

Our home features new furniture, a king bed and smart TV in the main room, and queens in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The large, open living and dining area is perfect for gathering and relaxing, with a 65-inch TV for movies and streaming. Perfect for work or pleasure with an added separate desk.

The kitchen is great for cooking with separate seating from the dining area. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the enclosed sunroom or the outside fenced yard.

We look forward to hosting you!

You will have access to the whole house, including the sunroom, fenced yard, and garage.
