2 wooded acres on beautiful Lake Travis!
This property is tucked away in the country surrounded by quiet nature, beautiful big trees, and on the Lake with Lake access for those water toys or just to take a cool dip in the lake. The home is was built 3 years ago and is used for family gatherings. There are Marinas for boat and water craft rentals close making it convenient if you want to enjoy the lake but do not own a boat or jet ski. There is a community ramp next the house that is convientent if the water in the lake is high enough (check with the owner). Just a few miles down the road you will find an assortment of places to eat and shopping. Austin is a short drive with plenty of activites and nightlife. The best thing about this property is the peace and quiet, the lake access, the big beautiful trees and the easy access to lake an city life. Lots of do if you are tired of relaxing. The living area has 20 plus foot ceilings, butcher block counter and farmhouse sink in the kitchen. Both bedrooms have king beds and the entire house has wood plank vinyl flooring. There are 5 panel wood doors, central heat and air, double pane windows with view of Lake Travis. It's a short walk down to the water for a dip in pretty Lake Travis.

Bob and Maria have been Texas Realtors since the 1970's. We have watched Austin grow and Boom. We have been a part of all the excitement and change. We have always loved Lake Travis and felt fortunate to have this amazing relaxing place so close to the hustle, Bustle of Austin.
Why they chose this property
This property acts as a second home for busy children and grandchildren when we have no renters occupying the property. It is also a beautiful place for us to enjoy the peace and quiet and beautiful Lake Travis. We enjoy the hills, the trees and the water and I think you will too!
What makes this property unique
This property and the entire area helps you feel removed from the everyday zone and bring you to a relaxing and peaceful space. When you are tired of relaxing you are minutes from an assortment of stores and resturants and a short drive into Austin for concerts, shows, shopping or just sight seeing.
