Maison de Guise, pets welcome

Welcome to our house located in Guise in the heights with a view of the tower of the fortified castle.
Located apart, in a quiet street, calm is assured.
The accommodation
Access to the house and the garden of about 2000 m² is via a private macadam driveway.
The ground floor is composed of a large fully equipped kitchen with bay window opening onto the terrace of 80 m2 The kitchen is open to a living room very bright 60 m2.
A bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower and double sink as well as a separate toilet completes the ground floor.
3 attic bedrooms are on the ground floor of the house.
In the largest bedroom you will find 2 double beds, in the second 1 double bed and 2 single beds in the last bedroom.
You will also find a finished basement consisting of a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, steam generator, as well as the boiler room with pellet boiler that heats the whole house and a second entrance.
All the ground floor (except the bathroom where the glazing is blurred) is equipped with electric shutter. Upstairs all the velux windows have awnings to allow you to put the rooms in the dark if you wish.
Other remarks
We accept pets without limits and at no extra charge as long as they do not cause damage.
The garden is about 2000m2 and overlooks a horse pasture of more than one hectare but the whole is unfenced.
Access to the house is via a long macadam driveway, which makes the house far from the road.
