Here you have the opportunity to rent a unique large Douglas fir log holiday home, idyllically located in a district of 72226 Simmersfeld in the northern Black Forest. The climatic health resort Simmersfeld is located in the middle of the Northern Black Forest, between Bad Wildbad and Freudenstadt, on a wavy high plateau with a particularly healthy climate in a beautiful Black Forest landscape.
The 10 sleeping arrangements (4 double beds, 2 single beds, 2 sofa beds), the living room, the fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet are spread over 3 floors.
In the basement there is a modern basement bar with projector, home cinema system, DVD player, music system. a bathroom with shower and toilet and a parent's bedroom. A cot is available for younger guests (please bring your own bed linen).
In order to be able to really enjoy the holiday mood, you are in the lovingly designed outdoor area. A large sauna area with shower cabin, toilet and lounge area is available.
You can end the evening comfortably in the cozy barbecue area with seating area. On the spacious terrace areas there are comfortable lounge areas that invite you to switch off and enjoy.
Interior:
There are 2 televisions on the ground floor and one in the attic. The basement and the ground floor have a bathroom with shower and toilet and there is another toilet in the attic.
The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired for the housewife. It has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, dishes, pots, cutlery and etc.

Your pets are very welcome and have ample opportunities for exercise in the spacious garden.

Wonderful Experience

The host was exceptional and helpful working with us. We really enjoyed the property and wish we could have stayed longer. The house and yard were outstanding for the kids to run around. We just had a wonderful time. The owner was very responsive and helpful with suggestions and ideas.

Ein Holzhaus zum Verlieben

Belegung mit 10 Personen (6 Erwachsene,4 Kinder) unproblematisch. Ausstattung perfekt. Großes Grundstück mit sehr viel Auslauf für die Kinder. Grill sofort einsatzbereit, da alles an Grillutensilien vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Unser Urlaub im Schwarzwald war auch dank des Hauses wunderschön. Das Haus war tiptop, es war alles da, es war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Absolut zu empfehlen ❤️

Leuk huis, rustige omgeving, maar..

Ons verblijf was zeker goed te noemen. Het huis is best apart en staat op een stille plek in een boeren omgeving. Was ons tegenviel was het schoon opleveren van het huis bij aankomst. Dat was op zijn zachtst gezegd on Duits. Jammer is het dat er zoveel wespen in de maand september waren. Die kruipen met gemak een vol houten huis en sauna in. Dan kun je geen vrij gebruik maken van hetgeen je huurt. Voor al het overige was de inrichting van het huis in contrast met het huis zelf. Oude meubelen, on Duitse dunnen bedden en zitbanken waarop je een hernia ontwikkelt. Als de intichting aangepast wordt naar meer comfort, er tenminste 1 of 2 smart TV's in het woongedeelte geplaatst worden, het tegelpad/de trap omhoog ontdaan wordt van kapot gevroren tegels en voorzien van vaste tegels zodat je niet kunt uitglijden..... Dan is het een perfect gebouw en inrichting om te verblijven

Wundervolle Auszeit

Mein Mann und ich sind mit meinen Eltern und unserer 8 Monate alten Tochter dort gewesen. Es war wirklich traumhaft schön, sowohl das Haus als auch die Umgebung. Durch die freundliche und herzliche Begrüßung/Einführung von Familie Mesenik haben wir uns direkt willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Amazing unique architecture with plenty of amenities

The house was perfect for our family of 10 (ages 13 - 82). Outdoors undercover area was perfect for joint breakfast and dinners. Sauna was great fun. Party cellar if you need one. Space for everyone. And oh so peaceful, fields and forest all around. Good Wifi. And groceries store and bakery 5 min car drive away. Really all round perfect.

Top Ferienhaus in super ruhiger Lage

Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, egal ob Küche , welche keine Wünsche offen lässt oder auch die Bäder, in denen es genug Handtücher für 10 Personen zum Duschen + Sauna gibt. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei Problemen sofort weitergeholfen. Sehr schöner Außenbereich mit Grill + Feuerholz, sowie einer großen Wiese, Loungebereich und einem Saunahaus. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, was sehr angenehm ist. Allerdings muss man so zum nächsten Supermarkt oder Bäcker mindestens 10min mit dem Auto fahren. Im Großen und ganzen ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen!!

Wir haben uns im Alhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat eine tolle Lage, ruhig und nicht direkt touristisch. Man kann trotzdem flott zu schönen Ausflugszielen. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich. Im Haus hat uns nichts gefehlt.

Familienurlaub im Holzhaus mit Sauna

Sehr gelungener Familienurlaub im sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus in ruhiger dörflicher Lage. Große Wiese für Ballspiele der Großen und ein Holzspielhaus für kleine Kinder. Einziger Nachteil: aufgrund der Holzbauweise ist das Haus recht hellhörig, außerdem sind zwei Schlafzimmer nur durch Vorhänge abgetrennt. Alles in allem sehr gut geeignet für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub als Familie oder Kleingruppe.

Erholung pur!

Wunderbare Lage des Hauses, schönes großes Grundstück mit Grillhütte (in der wir an jedem Abend gesessen haben), Außenterrasse (mit Liegen und Lounge-Bereich) und Sauna-Häuschen. Küche komplett eingerichtet, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr angenehmer Vermieter. Insgesamt sehr positiver Eindruck und gerne wieder.

Schöner Familienkurzurlaub im Schwarzwald

Tolles Holzhaus mit sehr schönem Außenbereich (Sauna & Grillplatz) inmitten der Natur. Bei uns wurde leider auf dem Nachbargrundstück gerade gebaut, was zu einem erhöhten morgendlichen Geräuschpegel führte, aber sicherlich nur eine Momentaufnahme ist! Das Bad im 1. Stock verfügt leider über keine eigene Heizung, so dass wir uns mit der mobilen Elektroheizung, die zur Verfügung steht, behelfen mussten. Dies schlug natürlich dann auf die Stromkosten, welche separat wie Wasser zu zahlen sind! Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut eingerichtet und es fehlt an (fast) nichts; wir haben einzig den Senseo-Einsatz für 2 Tassen nicht gefunden. Kurzum, ein tolles Wochenende in einem schönen Ambiente!!!

In een woord fantastisch!

Zeer ruime woning waar we met 9 personen (3 gezinnen) 1 week verbleven. Eenieder had voldoende ruimte. Alles was super schoon. De keukenuitrusting was verbluffend uitgebreid en ook zeep handdoeken, wc papier, etc. waren meer dan voldoende aanwezig. Omgeving is natuurlijk zoals je van het Zwarte Woud kunt verwachten erg mooi en op redelijke afstand zijn voldoende leuke uitjes mogelijk.
