Wiselka Holiday House -1.2 km to the beach, fireplace & sauna. National Park.

This is a beautiful, 175 square metre luxury holiday home built in 2016 on a 900 square metre fenced property. 1.25 km walk through the forest to the beach.

ATTENTION - NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE!

Here you will find absolute peace and quiet, where you can let your soul dangle at any time of the year.

The house offers you relaxation at a high level: on the ground floor - a huge living/dining area with a beautiful fireplace, a cosy and perfectly equipped kitchen (with really EVERYTHING you need in the kitchen) + 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

The open-plan design (some rooms have a height of 7-8 metres) provides plenty of light and space. Underfloor heating throughout the house. Natural, high-quality materials: wood, brick, slate. Large windows. The whole wall facing the terrace is made of glass.

On the first floor, there are four individually furnished bedrooms (three rooms with a double bed and one room with two bunk beds for four children) and two bathrooms.
All beds have new, high-quality mattresses (5-zone mattresses). There is plenty of wardrobe and chest of drawer space for your clothes in every bedroom.

A fourth bathroom is located in an outbuilding in the garden - right next to the panorama sauna with a view of the green garden. The sauna can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

In the living room, you will find a large TV with German-language channels (satellite TV) and a USB port, as well as a DVD player.
In the house, you will find a selection of books in German + toys for children (wooden train set, dollhouse, some Lego Duplo) and board games for the whole family (Monopoly, the large Ravensburger game collection + others).

Super-fast fibre-optic WIFI for guests: free of charge.

Along the house, in the green courtyard - you will find a 60 square metre terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs, hammock, barbecue etc. can be found in the garden - utility room). Outside - on the terrace - there is a practical washbasin.

In the boiler room (access from outside) there is a washing machine and a dryer.

On the property, you will find an old stock of trees: a beautiful walnut tree, apple tree, maple, cherry and a large birch.

There is parking for 5 cars directly in front of the house (the whole property is fenced).

Bed linen and towels are provided by the landlady and are included in the price (the base price is for 8 people. After that, there is a surcharge).

The house is ideal for a large family, 2-3 families/couples or, in the luxury version, for a couple who want to spend a romantic weekend by the fireplace ;-)

The small centre of Wisełka, with its many small shops, cafes and restaurants, is 1.5 km away (a beautiful path through the forest or on a protected pavement along the country road leads there).
The 4-star Hotel Villa Park in Wisełka, which is open all year round, is also 1.5 km away and has an excellent restaurant and wellness centre (massages can be booked). Międzyzdroje is 13 km away.
The small KIKUT lighthouse - the second smallest in Poland but the highest on the west coast of the Baltic Sea - can be found after a 25-minute walk through the forest.

The Wolliner National Park starts right on your doorstep. You don't have to cross a busy road anymore, you live 50m from the park boundary ;-).
This park (with very interesting ice age formations - small hills, valleys) - these are old beeches, blueberries, romantic forest clearings, then closer to the beach: pines - all in all a 1.2 km long walk to the beach through a fairytale forest (fascinating in every season, sometimes you wonder what is more beautiful here: the beach or the forest...).
Thanks to the national park, which protects the Baltic coast like a natural belt at this point, you will find one of the most beautiful Baltic beaches. Wide, white sand and plenty of space guaranteed even in the summer months of July and August (we were always able to play football on the beach in the middle of summer). No ‘close together’ lying, lots of air, lots of space in every season!

Please note: there are no snack bars, restaurants or cafés on the beach itself. You really are in the heart of nature.
