We welcome guests year-round. Our comfortable Katamaran holiday home, featuring a patio, a fireplace grill, and patio furniture, is located just 100 metres from the beautiful lake.
A road with walking and biking paths (approx. 1,800 m) leads to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The entrance to the private property is through an electric roll-up gate, which can be easily opened with a remote control. With a total of 240 square metres, our house offers you not only plenty of cosiness but also a quiet location where you can truly unwind after a day of sunbathing or a long hike.

Our Katamaran house offers comfortable interior amenities in each of its two halves.
This house includes parking spaces, a separate outdoor barbecue area, and a shared children’s playground within a fully fenced outdoor area.
To ensure our guests can continue to enjoy their online activities, the property offers free Wi-Fi.
The town of Zastań (near Międzywodzie) is a quiet, idyllic location in close proximity to three beautiful bodies of water: the Baltic Sea, Lake Koprowo, and Caminner Haff.
The Baltic Sea beach, which offers families plenty of space for activities in the summer and attracts those seeking tranquility in the fall and winter, is just a few minutes away.
A small playground with a slide, a swing, and a climbing wall is also available for our youngest guests.
Numerous bars, restaurants, cafés, ice cream shops, supermarkets, and more can be found in the centre of Międzywodzie during the summer months.
Except during peak season, it’s very quiet and peaceful here.

Great vacation home near Baltic Beach

Haus Katamaran is an excellent place for a family holiday. The place is pretty much brand new and has great amenities, and the owner if very responsive and helpful. The location is just a short car ride or a pleasant bike ride away from a great beach and a little beach town that offers all the shopping, restaurants, etc. you need. Highly recommeded.

What an amazing place!!

This house was perfect for my family and friends. Fit 9 of us perfectly. Close to the beaches, restaurants and other activities. Hosts were friendly even though a language barrier. Had all the things we needed in the house. The only issue was no towels, but we were close enough to the store to pick some up without a problem. I highly recommend this property!! We will be back!
