Beachfront Family Favorite - Pismo Shores #135

Discover the fully remodeled beach front 135, nestled in the beloved family-oriented Pismo Shores complex. This 3-bed, 2.5-bath unit is bathed in natural light, offering stunning ocean vistas from the master suite. The beach condo has undergone a luxurious transformation. Enjoy community amenities like a pool, spa, clubhouse, and private beach access in this secure gated complex.

The beach house has high speed internet and a SmartTV in the living room. SmartTV apps are available for guests to access their favorite entertainment apps (such as, Netflix, Hulu). Guest will use their personal app accounts.

Suitability: Family getaway, couples retreat. No smoking. This home does not have AC. Max 2 autos. The primary living area is at ground level, bedrooms on 2nd level. The Hoa heats the swimming pool starting Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends, and the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. The spa is heated year round. The property owner will not guarantee pool or spa is operational during stay period.

Note: The Pismo Shores complex is currently undergoing an exterior painting project. During your stay, you may experience some noise on weekdays while the work is in progress. For the most up-to-date project schedule, contact Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals.

The host was welcoming, allowed early access, provided all information about the unit and responded promptly to adjusting a stick balcony sliding door.The location is right on the beach and very close to the long pier and boardwalk. Parking is in front of unit and a gate opener is provided for the car. The interior is well-done as are the bedrooms and baths.Highly recommend this property - we plan to return.

Best View on the Beach

It's the perfect Pismo Beach Location. Looking out at the pier and a short walk to many restaurants and shops. We couldn't have found a better place to rent. The property and grounds were well maintained. Great place for family or couples getaway.

This property was amazing! Clean, beach decor, newly remodeled. It had everything you could possibly think of! More stocked than any other Verbo property we have stayed in. Super close to all the good spots to eat and shop! We loved it!

Perfect Pismo spot

We really enjoyed our stay at Pismo Shores. It was exactly as promised and a great size for our extended family. The littles could run and play safely and the location could not have been better. It is easy walking distance to everything in Pismo and literally steps to the beach. We were there during 4th of July celebrations and we watched the fireworks from the deck. It was a wonderful week.

Wonderful stay at Pismo

The condo was clean and well decorated. The location can’t be beat. Once we parked, we didn’t get back in the car for 4 days. You can pretty much walk everywhere you need to go. It was a bit chilly but the direct access to the beach was awesome. Only bummer was that the gas ran out in the outdoor fire table. Overall I would highly recommend!

Perfect beach location

The communication, ease of entry to the home was seamless. The quality of the home did match the high price of the VRBO. The only thing that needs improvement is new non stick pans and spatula that won’t scratch the surface. They were almost unusable. Other than that, I would recommend this location. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving Dinner with friends and family!

Great location, Beautiful View, Clean, Comfortable Condo

We had a wonderful time staying for a week at this condo with a view of the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. The only disappointment was the fireplace was not available to use due to safety issue with it. The pictures showed fireplace in operation, but after booking we were advised it would not be available. Everything else was excellent, so this did not deter from our enjoyment during our stay. I recommend this condo.

Nice getaway near the bay

It’s a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome/condo with an ocean facing patio on both floors. Views obviously were great. Uninterrupted views of ocean and beach. Ground floor patio is big and had a propane fireplace and large umbrella which were all very useful. House was pretty clean and was well stocked with the typical stuff. It’s right by the Pismo downtown which we didn’t care much for. Despite all the good stuff, it was a very expensive rental. We probably paid the premium for a year end beach vacation near the Bay Area.

Meeting halfway between SF and LA girls trip

Beautiful, very clean and very well stocked! Anything you need they have it. From kitchen supplies to boogie boards. Gorgeous view of the ocean. The surrounding property is well maintained, safe, and gated. Even though there were many people around, it was extremely quiet. Plenty of parking. Very short walk to the pier and main drag. My 81 year old mother with limited mobility was able to do the walk. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds, couch, and patio furniture. I highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

The ocean view and beach access were perfect! It made our brief trip and wonderful visit with our son extra special! The ease of walking to every restaurant we wanted to go to, all the shops, And ride up to the pier. Location, location, location. Everything was perfect! I do want to say that it was a little awkward, not having privacy between the decks of the condo. The condo next-door had a large group of people and several of the men were smoking cigars. We made it work by rotating when we were out on the deck when they were not. A little more privacy between decks might be nice. And the smoking definitely should be.

Location was easily accessible to restaurants and sights for seniors and toddlers! We arrived 5 min. early and calling allowed us to access unit immediately. Beach towels, chairs, and toys available. We used the firepit, washer, dryer, and pool. We cooked most meals and the large refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and all the kitchen needs were provided. It really was a memorable stay for our family! Thank you!
