Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen has a drip coffee maker (cone shape filter) and Keurig. We suggest our guest bring their favorite cooking oil, seasoning, coffee and tea.
Endless Summer has two master en-suites. This en-suite is located on the second level. The bed is a queen Tuft & Needle mattress. The second master en-suite is in the casita, located at ground level. Each of the three bedrooms have a SmartTV with cable channel lineup and entertainment apps.
Monarch Landing - Monarch Landing complex. Total 8 condos steps from the Pismo Pier and downtown restaurants.

Welcome to Endless Summer, your beachfront haven in historic Pismo Beach. Just steps from the best surfing spots, golden sands, top-notch restaurants, and renowned wineries. You're also close to the iconic Pismo Pier and charming shops.

Step inside, and you'll find a unique blend of beach-inspired decor and classic California style. Hardwood floors, terra cotta tiles, granite counters, and high-end finishes create an elegant atmosphere. Plus, the multi-level layout offers breathtaking mountain and ocean views from the rooftop deck.

For those seeking extra privacy, there's a separate casita on the ground floor, complete with a queen bed, a mini-kitchenette, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the main living areas are accessible, with a spacious open floor plan that makes it easy to move around.

The living room features a large couch, with a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for lounging and watching TV. The well-appointed kitchen boasts gourmet appliances, quartz countertops, and ample supplies for cooking and serving. An oversized rustic table seats eight, and there's extra seating at the kitchen bar.

After a day at the beach or exploring local wineries, your cozy suites on the second floor await. Each room is adorned with crisp linens, plush pillows, and luxurious toiletries. The second floor also hosts a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a laundry facility with full size washer and dryer.

Now, the grand finale awaits on the third level – a rooftop oasis with stunning mountain and ocean views. Fire up the natural gas BBQ, dine at the spacious teak table, or unwind in one of the six Adirondak chairs that surrounds the fire table. Embrace Pismo Beach's year-round sunshine and gentle ocean breezes for a truly endless summer.

Keep in mind, our condo's layout isn't suitable for guests with limited mobility, but we've got a handy baby gate to keep the little ones safe from the stairs. The garage can fit two cars and offers an electric car charger, NEMA 14-50 receptacle (MAX 32 amps). As for pets, they'll have to stay home.

Our guests enjoy exclusive access to a vehicle pass for the iconic Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area, offering thrilling dune rides and breathtaking views. After your adventure, simply return the pass to the designated hook so future guests can make their own California memories.

The Condo was prefect. Everyone had a great time. Enough room and space plus it’s located in the best spot for our golf days. The water pressure and hot showers are always a concern but we had no issues whatsoever.

A nice stay in Pismo Beach

We visited as 3 adult couples for a few days in Pismo Beach. The townhouse is new and well-kept, with good parking and good access to the beach and beach area. It worked very well for us.

Well appointed and decorated rental. Great location. Customer service and maintenance were helpful. I would highly recommend Seven Sisters vacation rentals. The fog and cooler weather were unexpected as was smoke from the fires nearby.

Perfect Pismo Retreat

This property far exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and well maintained. Beautiful place to stay. The rooftop area was our favorite to have coffee on in the mornings looking at the ocean. Close to downtown area and in walking distance to most things.

Lovely multi-bedroom stay near ocean and amenities

Beautiful and comfortable multi-story condo unit with all of the needed amenities and an awesome rooftop view of the ocean. Easy to get to off Rte 101 and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. A quick walk to the pier. Thoughtfully stocked for families wishing to enjoy the area.

We had all had a fun trip, location is very good walking distance to everything. Only things I didn’t pay close attention to was one bedroom is a casita totally separate from everyone and lots of stairs.

Incredible experience!

I had an incredible stay at Endless Summer! The beach location is absolutely superior – just a short walk and your toes are in the sand. The management team absolutely rocked, always responsive and accommodating. The cleanliness was top-notch, a solid 5-star rating. The decor was beach stylish, creating a perfect coastal vibe. I couldn't have asked for a better getaway. Can't wait to come back!

Excellent vacation rental two blocks from the beach with beach view deck. Spotlessly clean, well stocked, and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs. The studio is separated from the main rental by an outside staircase. Very quiet with dual pane doors. Beach wagon, beach gear, and bikes were great. Would definitely stay again. Enjoyed grilling on top Oceanview deck. Stairs on deck a little dark at night so would bring a flashlight from your car roadside kit.

Favorite stay in this area!

We have stayed many times in properties in the SLO greater area. This location was outstanding. The rooftop views ! The inside felt very luxurious. So much space. The extra touches of soft towels, soft toilet paper, make up towels, sanitary bags, laundry stain remover -and more. LOVED the bikes. Communication with property management was so easy and super responsive! We r coming back for a day soon and looked to try to rebook this place!

Great pre-Christmas getaway

Our family of four (two teens) had a great time staying at this home in Downtown Pismo. The location was perfect as we could walk to any restaurant, store, and the beach. The property managers were fantastic and very responsive. We had an issue with turning on the Primary Bedroom's shower as it was stuck (not able to turn on). They responded the next morning and got it fixed immediately. The house had everything we needed and would likely stay again!

This place is beautiful.

‘‘This home was the perfect place for our family to stay. We felt so comfortable. One thing we notice right when we walked in was how clean the house was. Everything was immaculate!!! The decor of the home and the spacious rooms was a huge plus! The rooftop had a beautiful view and we barbecued outside with the family as we watched the sunset. This was one of the best places we have stayed at and the next time we visit Pismo, this will definitely be the place we choose.

The property was well appointed and relatively clean, the floors were kind of dirty when wiped with a clean paper towel. The doorbell ringer was buzzing and the maintenance people were able to fix it! The ice maker in the refrigerator was broken and was unable to be fixed during our stay. The bbq grill was really clean and worked well. The fire pit on the upper deck was delightful. The rooftop view was amazing! Having a two car garage was really convenient. There were plenty of pots and pans and two different coffee makers. Bathrooms were well stocked with nice towels and soaps. Bedrooms were very nice. Overall a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time and liked the location. We had some fabulous meals at Ada’s Fish House and Giuseppe’s and enjoyed Beachin Biscuits, Surfside Donuts and Wooley’s. As other reviewers have said the condo is not good for people with mobility issues. There are many stairs!!! Ground floor Casita, 1st floor kitchen, dining, living room, 2nd floor master en-suite, 2nd bedroom, bath. There is a great rooftop terrace fully equipped with bbq, fire pit table/chairs.
