We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. Pool towels, floaties, and pool toys are not provided or advertised amenities. For safety and liability reasons, we do not supply pool accessories, as we cannot guarantee their condition, proper use, or suitability for all ages. Guests are welcome to bring their own items if desired. Regarding bath towels, the home is stocked based on the documented sleeping spaces listed in the reservation, and washer and dryer set is provided to accommodate larger groups who may wish to refresh linens during their stay. Pool size and property features are accurately reflected in the listing photos and description, and we continually maintain the home, including outdoor areas, which experience natural wear from weather and high guest use. We appreciate your thoughtful comments and are glad to hear you still enjoyed the home overall. Guest feedback helps us continue to refine expectations and improve the experience where possible.
