Das komplette Anwesen ist sauber und wird ständig gepflegt. Das Haus ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden und lässt keine Wünsche offen!!! Das Highlight ist riesige Pool und großes Garten, da will man gar nicht mehr raus😂Das Haus liegt ziemlich zentral, heißt man braucht 10-15 min bis Stadt Krk, Vrbnik oder Malinska. Die Hausbesitzer und Hausverwalter sind super nett und waren jederzeit erreichbar, mit Rat und Tat❤️wir danken herzlich für eine wunderschöne erholsame Zeit❤️🙏Liebe Grüße Familie Utas Girster

Schönes, modernes Wohlfühlhaus mit tollem Pool

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Es gibt drei kleine, aber gemütlich und charaktervoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer und Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet die Terrasse ist schattig und offen zum großen Pool, der uns als Familie viel Spaß bereitet hat. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass direkt neben dem Haus ein weiteres großes Haus ist, das Platz für viele Gäste hat und deren Terrasse unmittelbar nur durch eine dünne Hecke getrennt an das Haus anschließt. Hierdurch geht manchmal die gewünschte Ruhe verloren. Insgesamt ist das Haus jedoch für ein Familien Urlaub absolut zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit haben alles sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen schönen, 14-tägigen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Positiv: Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt sehr liebevoll eingerichtet sauber und neuwertig schöner Pool Lage zwar etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto schnell in Vrbnik und Krk Stadt negativ: - Keine Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft, da die Kontaktperson weder auf Anrufe noch Nachrichten reagiert hat. Kaution konnte deshalb von uns nicht bezahlt werden und eine Übergabe bei Abreise gab es auch nicht. (ist garantiert nicht im Sinn des Besitzers) Bei Ankunft kam zufällig eine Nachbarin vorbei, die den Code für den Schlüsselsafe kannte. Sonst würden wir jetzt noch davor stehen. - Die Villa nebenan ist nur durch eine Hecke getrennt und man bekommt wirklich jedes Wort mit. Und wenn man wie wir das Pech hat auf 7 Mittzwanziger zu treffen, deren Musikgeschmack und Feierfreude durch den Ballermann geprägt wurde, kommt man nicht mehr zur Ruhe… und das bis 4 Uhr morgens. - da man von Natur umgegeben ist, hat man leider überall Ameisen. Am Pool, im Pool und drum herum und leider auch öfter im Haus. Trotz der negativen Punkte ist das Haus rundum zu empfehlen.und wir würden wieder kommen. Allerdings nicht Ende August/Anfang September da uns Frostbeulen der Pool dann schon zu kalt war.

Sehr geehrte Frau. Sandra, Vielen Dank für die Bewertung, wir freuen uns, dass Sie unsere Gäste waren. Als Sie die Kontaktperson angerufen haben, hat diese Ihnen nicht gleich geantwortet, die Dame war bei einem Arzttermin (9 Monate schwanger). Sie haben uns als Agentur angerufen und alles war schnell geklärt. Das Haus ist von viel Grün umgeben, es liegt in der Natur, auf dem Land, und es ist normal, dass manchmal Ameisen auftauchen.... Was den Lärm von der Nachbarvilla betrifft, hätte er sofort gelöst werden können, wenn Sie uns angerufen hätten. Wir hatten nie eine Beschwerde von anderen Gästen, diese Villa hat nur gute Bewertungen. Wir hatten nie eine Beschwerde darüber, dass der Pool kalt war. Dieses Jahr Ende August war es noch sehr warm und schön im Pool zu schwimmen. Nochmals vielen Dank und viele Grüße von der Insel Krk

Ein traumhaftes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren 16 Tage in diesem tollen Haus. In diesem Haus gibt es alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Es blieb kein Wunsch offen. Der große Pool war spitze bei Temperaturen um die 35 Grad. So kamen die Frühschwimmer schon in den Genuss und die Kinder haben es wie die Erwachsenen genossen. Das Haus liegt super zentral auf der Insel. Von hier aus ist alles gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zur Agentur lief super und die Kontaktperson war immer gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zentral auf Krk gelegen, relativ schnell alles erreicht! Super nette Vermieter, die sich kümmern und immer helfen! Schönes Haus, toller Pool, wir würden wiederkommen!

Beautiful and peaceful setting
