Beautiful non-smoking apartment for rent in Gran Alacant on the Costa Blanca.
The apartment is in a gated community and has three pools that are open all year round. The natural sandy beach is also not far away.
A children's playground, ice cream parlor, supermarket, bakery, 24-hour shop, restaurants, pubs and bus stop are just a stone's throw away.
In our comfortably furnished apartment with a huge sun terrace and a shady balcony, you will spend an unforgettable vacation. The bedrooms have fans and the windows have mosquito nets. Heating is available for the cold days. In the apartment there is a large TV with cable TV and satellite TV, kitchenette with oven, washing machine, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, air conditioning and. v. m., a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Towels and bed linen are provided. You park your rental car in the gated community.
From our roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the Bahia de Alicante. The airport is only 15 minutes away by car and can also be reached by bus.
On the natural beach with dunes and wooden walkways you can surf, sail, pedal boats, and more. v. m. or just relax in the sun.
The hikers also get their money's worth. In the nearby nature reserve there are countless hiking and mountain bike trails that lead you to the next larger town, to the viewpoints, the Santa Pola lighthouse or to the salt canyon. Sports facilities with tennis courts, soccer fields and a sports hall are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
The weekly market on Thursday is also only a few minutes' walk away.

Finding the property, getting the keys, property itself perfect just the barking dogs in next door and surrounding houses was annoying especially in the early hours I know nothing to do with the property itself but still.

Ok property needs some tlc

Check in was great, commication with the owner was fine, needs some tlc as air con was ineffective and by main door, bedroom was boiling hot even with a ceiling fan, we got hardly any sleep, bedroom mozzy blind ripped, shutter stuck, did managed to get it down, horrendous smell coming from bathroom drains, bed was memory foam but rock hard, appliances location and roof terrace were good, but wont stay there again

Van alle gemakken voorzien, makkelijk parkeren, wel even zoeken. Restaurants in de buurt en supermarkt op drie minuten rijden. Communicatie met verhuurder was ook prima.

Eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche

Die Lage der Wohnung mit dem Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist sehr schön. Störend war das teilweise lang anhaltende Hundegebell aus benachbarten Wohnungen. Von der Ausstattung ist die Wohnung sehr gut. Bei Problemen hat Katja, die Vermieterin, immer sehr schnell reagiert.

Hemos estado casi 2 semanas y ha sido como estar en tu propia casa. Una estancia muy acogedora y con todo lo necesario. La única pega ha sido que la nevera es muy pequeña y eso hacia q teníamos q comprar casi cada día. Pero en general hemos estado súper agusto.

Thank you Katja for a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the apartment and its location. Everything we could want was at our disposal in the apartment and located in a quiet neighbourhood, pool practically on the doorstep, great restaurants right beside the property and the beautiful Playa Arenals del Sol by a short bus trip. Good for young children. Public transport in the area is ok, but a car is essential to explore further outside Monte Faro. Thank you for a great holiday!

Great Property in a Great Location

We chose Santa Pola at random as an "unwind" stop on our Spain vacation. Katja's place was practically perfect for our needs. Small town ambience, with big Alicante nearby. The apartment is on the top floor of a two-story building on the crest of ridge, so the views are excellent. The area is walkable, and there is ample parking both on the street and within the gated community. The beach is a long walk or a short drive, and is clothing-optional after the lifeguards leave. The apartment itself is clean and odorless, mandatory for us old geezers. Plenty of linens, including beach towels. Lots of toiletries, and good water pressure in the shower. The air conditioner is quiet and effective, but is over the entrance door. A portable fan would help. Yes, she left us a bottle of Cava in the fridge, and it goes perfectly with the rooftop terrace sunset. This pales by comparison to the coffee and FOUR coffeemakers in the kitchen! Katja is very responsive to needs. A light bulb was out in the kitchen and I messaged her very late at night. She was knocking on the door at 8am with a bucket of bulbs! Yes, we will add this property to our list of favorites!

Had a lovely stay at this accommodation . The Appartment had everything we needed for the lovely stay . The roof terrace for us was a great thing and used daily . The only negative thing I have which is maybe a thought for the owners is if we had brought our tennage girls with us which normally happens there were only two sunloungers . Overall would definitely use this accommodation in the future

Apartamento muy confortable, todos los muebles nuevos, cocina bien equipada y con todo lo necesario, salon y terrazas confortables, todo muy limpio cuando llegamos, lo unico que echamos en falta es un frigorifico mas grande y utensilios para la barbacoa, pero en conjunto todo muy bien, zona muy tranquila, piscinas muy limpias y no se saturan de gente, zonas de ocio cercanas, y las playas a 5 minutos en coche y con zonas de aparcamiento amplias.

Beautiful, spotless apartment.

The property is located within a peaceful residential area close to the main road. There are a number of restaurants and shops nearby which catered to all our needs during the week. The nearest swimming pool is approx 100m away and was a lovely pool which at times was very quiet. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you may need. There is a lovely balcony area where we ate any meals or relaxed. A huge sun terrace on the top of the apartment with lovely views of the sea in the distance. Only reason 4 stars not 5 was there is no air conditioning. All our party had difficulty sleeping in the heat . There are ceiling fans but they had little effect in the Spanish heat. Overall I would recommend this apartment and although we did not need to contact Katja, the lovely owner during our stay, any queries we had prior were dealt with quickly.

Goods holidays in very nice flat

Check-in and check-out very easy Katja exchange easly and give good informations during all stay. On our arrival we found a fine spanish cava wine. The flat is clean and full equipped This is a very good location, not too far from airport, Alicante, Santa Pola and the beaches. They are a nice balcon you can eat at any Time and a panoramic terrace full equipped with a splendide vue on Alicante. They are a lot of bars and restaurants around the flat We enjoy to stay Katja flat We will return easly to Katja flat Thanks very much Katja and Sergio for your lovely welcome.
