This beautiful SECOND FLOOR APT. has its OWN PRIVATE ENTERANCE from first floor guest. Free parking with designated parking for both units. The SeaEsta 2nd floor unit has 3 bedrooms 1 bath a full working kitchen and a sofa sleeper (sleeps 8)
Whole house could be rented out based on availability
Self check in & out with smart lock pad. CURRENTLY NO PETS ALL0WED!!!!! STRICT NO PETS
Nightly pet fee $30 on approved pet $350 FOR NOT APPROVED PET
NO PETS ON BEDS OR FURNITURE IF EDVIENCE OF ANY SUCH $150 CHARGE
