Fully Updated Sunny Cozy Beach Cottage with All the Amenities Including Bikes and Beach Toys for you to enjoy!

Arrive in vacation mode and make yourself at home. Indoor/outdoor living at its finest with 40 ft RV parking included… a rare gem in Daytona Shores.

The beautiful and cozy indoor space has just been fully updated with the utmost care by the owners themselves. Cozy bedrooms with quality linens and black out curtains let you rest and relax to your hearts content. A comfortable and sunny living room with a full size sofa bed and recliner, and a 55” smart tv with WiFi included lets you stay as connected as you’d like. The updated kitchen and dining nook includes everything you’ll need to cook a meal at home when you don’t feel like going out. And the updated bathroom includes plenty of fluffy towels for our guests.

The air conditioned Florida room has both a second living and second dining space allows your family and friends plenty of space to relax when it’s hot outside. A laundry room/toy room is equipped with a brand new stackable washer and dryer, and 2 bikes and beach toys that can be customized for your stay by reaching out to the owner.

The outdoor patio includes a brand new fire pit seating area and bbq to ‘grill-out’ to your hearts content and enjoy the ocean breeze.

This cottage is walking or biking distance to all that makes the Shores so charming… the beach, the river, parks, pickle ball, grocery store, restaurants, mini golf, nature trails… you name it. Even take a stroll to the best western to enjoy their pristine pool, available to the public at no charge, just a block away.

This sweet beach cottage is made up of two units with totally separate private entrances and outdoor living areas. This listing is for the front unit, unit A. Inquire with the owner directly if you are interesting in renting both units together.

Great landing spot in Daytona

Clean and pleasant property with all the right amenities for my stay. A quick drive to the speedway and nice bikes avalable for a short pedal to the beach.

Perfect location for a weekend stay

The place was very cute and had all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. We loved the front porch with round table and chairs, we played games and had a nice evening in when it rained. Great location, close to everything. Easy walk to the beach.

Came down for my birthday. I love the area between Ormond and New Smyrna and always look for a place along the river or a short walk from the beach. This place was perfect and a comfortable spot to call home for the week

Perfect beach cottage

This trip was more than perfect! The cottage was decorated so cute and had everything we needed. One bathroom/4 people and never ran out of hot water!!! We will definitely be back. We enjoyed the beach items and had a blast riding the bikes on the beach! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful cottage

From the moment, I inquired about the cottage, the communication turn around was quick and the description was very accurate upon arrival. The owner designed a personalized welcome packet to include all of their amenities, expectation at the cottage, surrounding restaurants, groceries or hotspots, that may be enjoyed and a rundown of departure. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had all of the elements our family needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Property was easy to find. Looked exactly like the photos inside and out. Very, very clean. Short walk to IHOP, Winn Dixie, and 7 Eleven. Plenty of inside and outside activities.lots of parking. Excellent communication and reponse. Super easy and fast checkin. Great value for the price. If im in this area again i will definitely stay here

Nice house, close to beach

The house is pretty and is very close to the beach. We had 6 people (4 adults and two kids) and it worked out ok, although a little cozy for 6. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer for us was that the wifi was spotty and kept going out. This wouldn't normally be a huge deal for us except that it meant the TV was also out, which was a little challenging when our littles wanted to watch a movie.

Wonderful spot at Daytona

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, the owner was very responsive from inception of the booking process, answering countless questions we had. She provided a very helpful guide for the area, and even dropped off a lighter and laundry detergent for us upon request. The check in was super easy and smooth, and the property looked just like the pictures posted online. The location is amazing, steps away from the supermarket and ihop, and only a short walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities provided including the propane fire pit! It was a wonderful stay for the kids, they also really loved the bunk beds in their room. Super clean, super convenient, we would definitely stay there again if we are in the area!
