LUGGAGE STORAGE: We will be more than happy to secure your luggage, either before check-in or after check-out. Our luggage storage is available as of 09h30am till 17h30, pending a 5€ supplement per piece of luggage.
LATE CHECK-OUT: By default, our check-out time is until 11h00. A late check-out till 12 noon, is free of charge pending availability and subject to a 24 hours’ notice. Late check-out as of 12 noon to 15h00 are subject to availability and a 60€ supplement. For a departure after 15h00, we advise you to book an additional night subject to availability.
BABY CRIBS: Baby-cribs including a full set of linens is available pending a 12€ daily charge.

You can go wrong with this apartment, it is located close by the botanical garden and right across the street of the rail station.
The apartment is huge and comfortable, it can easily accommodate your family with teenagers.
I would stay there again.
We stayed for a week in the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed the comfort, spaciousness and close proximity to the centre of Brussels. Has was an excellent host helping us whenever we had a question or request. We would definitely stay again to visit this fascinating city. A real find!
The apartment was perfect for us - quiet - on the main street, and well apportioned. The host checked in on me from time to time helping me with making plans, getting a car, etc. They made the experience easy for us. The only issue was the distance (15 min by tram) to city center every day as that is where we had to go for trains, food, etc on the orange line. It was very safe so no issues with the neighbors.
This is the best apartment we stayed in on our European trip. Serge has thought of everything you possibly need. The location is perfect to walk everywhere. The apartment is pristine clean and very spacious. I would highly recommend this place as I feel you will not find better. Lots of value for your money.
Bright and airy apartment in a diverse neighborhood
The apartment is very roomy and nicely appointed. It is on a busy street so can be noisy when the windows are open. Luckily it is quiet in the night and there is a large door that blocks the livingroom from the sleeping quarters. The neighborhood is transitional but better than nearer to the north train station where it can be sketchy.
The property was located in a fairly central location at an approx. 20 minute walk from Grand-Place. There were restaurants on the street behind the property and the tram service right in front. The beds were extremely comfortable with fresh linens and good pillows. The bathroom linens were in new condition and were ample for 4 adults.
We did report an issue with both the kitchen sink and dishwashers not draining on both days 2 and 3 of our stay. Although the guest coordinator said that maintenance would look at the issue, this did not occur during our stay.
Wir sind mit der zentralen Lage der Fewo, den Räumlichkeiten, Sauberkeit, Ruhe und dem Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr zufrieden gewesen. Das Zentrum ist mit seinen Sehenswürdigen zu Fuß oder der Tram oder Metro gut zu erreichen. Der Nordbahnhof sowie Supermärkte befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Unser Fazit, die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen.

All of our apartments are located in a multi-unit secured building, set on Brussel’s emblematic Rue Royale, literally a 15 minutes’ walk from our historic city-centre. What’s more, you’ll be able to hop on our city’s tramway network right at your doorstep.
Like many multicultural inner-city areas, our own neighbourhood is in full revitalisation mode, the scenery is diversified, Our immediate neighbours include several hotels, including our very own 4-Star property, and numerous heritage buildings with some of them being revamped to their reminiscent glory. At first view it may take a moment to habituate to, but a fantastic inner city transport access, a vibrant atmosphere right from Chaussee de Haecht, just around the corner from us, with a great food scene, ethnic shops, and a warm and friendly community largely makes up for this.
On one side and just a stone throws away you’ll find the « Botanique », one of our capital’s primary cultural centres, whilst at the end of our street you’ll find the iconic Royal Sainte Marie Church. Rue Royale is an important cultural artery in Brussels, with the “Botanique” being a venue for countless attractions such as concerts, gatherings, exhibitions, and festivals. Not to mention the park that surrounds it, a real green lung in our city. Sprinkled across the Rue Royale you’ll find loads of small businesses shops and eateries some of which housed in impressive Art Deco buildings.
