Lovely place, nice location, great hosts!

We stayed here for 4 nights, while visiting Brussels and Bruges. The studio is wonderfully comfortable, lots of space, light and fresh air. It is located close to public transport that takes you in a few minutes to Brussels' downtown. The area is peaceful, with lots of families, small businesses such as fruit & veggies grocery stores and nice bakeries, green areas, trees. Our hosts were fantastic all the way – prior to our arrival, upon checking in, and during our stay. They were super responsive, kind and helpful. Recommended 100%!

Great stay!!

The apartment is lovely, very very clean and modern. Fresh linens and towels. Easy to navigate to via Google and Apple Maps. Check in and out had no problems. Pascal and his wife are so kind and attentive, they provided a brief tour when I arrived, a binder full of information about things to do in the city, and all text communications were answered very promptly and clearly. Gorgeous big windows, great view, excellent walking distance to the basilica and only a 15 minute drive to the city center. The apartment is very cosy to come back to after a long day of walking (best shower I’ve ever had in a VRBO). I had a great experience, and would definitely book here again!

I Belgian citizen, we left me and my wife in the US for 12 years and we had a cleaning company in Florida, we cleaned houses, condos, club house... We had rentals to take care about then we have a lot of experience in renting properties, since we are back in Belgium we would like to do the same here that guests can enjoy staying in Brussels to visit.

Why they chose this property

I love to this place because we are at 6 floor and we can enjoy the view on the Basilique de Koekelberg especially at night when all the lights are on. We have different bus stops just next the building giving you access to anywhere you would like to go to visit Brussels.

What makes this property unique

The property is totally remodeled and ready to have some guests, I am sure you will like it, the colors and decorations are pretty nice and new, the sofa bed looks really confortable and the kitchen is perfect and the bathroom amazing, what a better cozy place than that could you find ?
