Unique Topanga Retreat 3-Building Compound

Welcome to the most magical compound in Topanga! This unique home offers three separate houses, ideal for a group retreat or a family getaway. Each house is decorated with much love, comfort and style in mind: the Redwood House, the Chime House and Crystal Cabin. Lots of hiking trails nearby. Topanga is the perfect LA getaway, close enough but far away, and this singular place allows you and your group to step into your own retreat.

**Please note at the moment the lower section of Topanga Canyon Blvd is blocked and there is no direct access from PCH driving north on Topanga Canyon Blvd to the house. There are 3 routes still available to reach our property:
1. From the 101 driving south onto Topanga Canyon Blvd
2. From PCH you can go north on Los Flores Canyon Blvd to where it meets up with Topanga Canyon Blvd
3. (Only from our house to PCH) Take Topanga Canyon Blvd south to Tuna Canyon Rd to PCH

Redwood House: main building, 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, large living room & dining area, full kitchen with dishwasher, in-unit washer dryer

Chime House: 1 bedroom bungalow, en-suite bathroom, full kitchen, living room, dining area, and private succulent garden on the patio with hammock and seating

Crystal House: Studio, just renovated in 2019 with full kitchen, private bathroom, custom dining nook, private outdoor patio with hammock

Property features: 6+ parking spots, tons of outdoor spaces to relax or socialize

PLEASE NOTE: There is no hiking by foot into the neighboring properties during Coronavirus due to Extremely Strict Private Property enforcement from the neighbors

Please tell us about the purpose for your trip & who will be staying on the property when you send a booking request. No parties or events allowed.

This house is surrounded by some amazing nature, and so you can expect to see some bugs and wildlife at times. In the summer they are especially active--we are always clearing off spider webs and cleaning inside and outside but please understand you probably will run into some bugs & critters during your stay.

Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance. Guests are responsible to check for personal items before check-out. Lost items can be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica or Culver City; we do not mail forgotten items.
