Indoor/Outdoor flow w 8 walls of sliding glass doors, landscaped w night lights. 3 Bdrms, 1 w a Cal King, 1 w a full, 1 w a Queen size pull out couch/bed, and a Queen inflatable in the living room- 2 bedrooms have en suite baths, all have TVs + pretty views, see photos. Backyard BBQ and trellised patio w roses. Newer washer/dryer. All utilities +internet +direct TV & streaming. AC/heat, modern wood burning stove. Easy access to beach, Santa Monica, Malibu + Mulholland. Peaceful area!
The property is located on a peaceful cul de sac country road that ends at a 2 acre private neighborhood owned park, see photos. Level roads for easy access to beach, Topanga Center, Malibu, Santa Monica and Calabasas. Great hiking in the mountains close by. High end stainless steel and granite kitchen, Really cute rustic-modern chic furnishings and finishes throughout. Fenced.
Guest access includes the entire house, front and back fenced yards, privately owned 2 acre park steps away.
Other things to note:
We will provide you with a pantry with some basic needs and spices, teas and coffee. We have a coffee grinder and coffee maker. All kitchen and cooking supplies are here. Our appliances are top of the line GE Monogram and the stove has a gas cooktop w electric oven. We also have toiletries such as toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner. Eco friendly cleaners and detergents are used here and are provided. We have a Sonos sound system you can connect to. Premium Direct TV, Apps, FIOS Internet. See photos.

About the host
Hosted by Gerry Hurst
Your Hosts Christine and Gerry have been married for 15 years, but been together for 20. We are both retired and have 3 grown sons between us. We have a dog named Cody, a black lab mix, now 15 years old. We hike daily with Cody, we like to bike ride, motorcycle ride, going to the beach and stopping at one of Topanga's bistros for a Cappuccino and a meal. We also love to travel. We like Hosting because we love our house and it feels good to share it with others who also enjoy it.

Our neighborhood is located less than 5 miles from the beach in the middle of picturesque Topanga Canyon.
