Step back in time and enjoy a stay at our Country Store Loft! Conveniently located within minutes drive of beautiful Cherokee Lake! Also within an hours drive of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Knoxville and more! Our loft style apartment above the old time G.H. Coffman Country Store creating a super unique and fun place to stay! 3 National parks within an hour drive! See our beautiful lake and enjoy fishing, hiking, golfing, boating and more!

Our listing is completely furnished with everything you will need during your stay. Fully furnished kitchen with pots,pans,salt,pepper,oil,etc for cooking needs. Keurig Coffee maker! Living room and bedroom is ready with Smart Roku TV's with many streaming apps to log into your own streaming accounts and also Spectrum Cable TV! Living room also has a super handy pullout sofa bed! Plenty of towels, bed linens, and pillows always available.

NOTE: Security cameras are located on the property. One is located on the side of the building monitoring the parking are and the other located at the front door of the country store entrance. These are strictly for security purposes and no private areas are under surveillance whatsoever.

It was a great place to stay. Everything was as advertized. It's in a wonderful location for getting around the east Graniger County area. The Ice Cream in the General store is AWEOME! We plan on staying here again when we come up.

Had a nice stay at the country store ! Very clean in the room upstairs . Little road noise at night , but with the window unit on (fan mode for winter) , it’s barely noticeable. Will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful Stay / Amazing Loft

Taylor was precious to work with and it was exactly as advertised. We had a lovely visit with family and friends. We even got a half day of fishing in. It was a wonderful blessing from God to get to experience this adventure.

Very cozy

Very nice place above the country store. Small but cozy, and equipped with everything you need. Close to stores and shops, and close to the large lakes in that area. Host was very attentive and pleasant. The street was a bit noisy from the bedroom but with the air conditioner on it was fine, and for the price well worth it. WIFI was good. I would book it again.

Great little getaway spot

The apartment was nicely done and well equipped for the 2 week stay. Check-in and the whole process was seamless. The only way I wouldn't recommend this spot is if you have trouble with stairs as going up and down could pose a challenge for some.

Nice weekend getaway

Perfect place to stay for the yard sales. The location is very nice. We felt safe. We loved visiting the store. My kids talk about it all the time. The loft was cozy and had everything we needed. We didn’t notice any noise from downstairs. We would love to stay again!

Love, love, love this cute little apartment

I absolutely loved this little apartment and it fit our needs very well. The sleeper sofas mattress was a little thin and lumpy, but we just spread one of the thicker blankets we brought with us over the sheets and it did fine for the kids to sleep on it. Otherwise this is a great little place and will definitely book again if available for my next visit to the area.

Pictures showed a fite pit but it looked like they took it out, unless it was on the other property. We had a great time. The place was awesome! People complain about the road noise and store noise but the level of noise was no greater then hearing people in a hotel. It did not bother us. Great place! Will stay again.

Perfect spot in Bean Station

My son moved to Bean Station a few months ago and needed somewhere nearby I could stay. There isn’t a lot of options so we were so happy we found this little GEM! The place was adorable, so clean and comfortable for my husband and my grandchildren. You had just about everything you needed. Only thing missing was an iron, but we made do without one. We will be staying here again in the next few months.

This apartment was so cute and cozy. Just as pictured. I love that the TV logs you out of accounts when you check out. Why doesn’t everyone do that? The only advice I would give renters is give time to do two cycles on the dryer if washing clothes. Other than that this was a perfect spot for our weekend trip. Would rent again.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL

The property itself was absolutely beautiful. The pictures are 100% accurate and it was the cutest little place. We will literally always have our out of town family come here from now on! Not to mention the general store downstairs has the BEST food. Home cooked right in the kitchen! They have a ton of different local products and it’s was overall the best store! Owners were absolutely amazing also. Overall this property is beyond worth it, gorgeous, and peaceful. We will have family back 100%

The loft was awesome. Very clean and cute and had everything we needed. The country store had just closed prior to our visit but Taylor and his dad opened up for a few hours just so we could visit the store and have breakfast. They are wonderful people and everyone we came across in Bean Station was so sweet. Definitely check out Cook's Boathouse Restaurant while you're there. Only suggestion is if you plan on staying, bring a noise maker with you because you do get a bit of noise from the road.

Hello! Me and my family are born and raised locals here in Bean Station right on top of beautiful Cherokee Lake! We have enjoyed getting to grow up and have families in this area and now are so excited to share the area with you!

Why they chose this property

We like to think our property offer something that many can't, uniqueness! We run our little country store as a family business and are now allowing the opportunity for guests to stay in the super cute and attractive upstairs loft apartment! We are located on a beautiful farm sitting just across the street from Cherokee Lake. We love to have guests come downstairs and have breakfast or lunch with us in the store which is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday's from 8:00am to 2:30pm!

What makes this property unique

Our primary super great benefit is staying above a fully functioning Country Store! You can come down any time we're open and grab breakfast or lunch! Or maybe just a old time glass bottle drink and a moon pie!
