Amazing location one block from Forsyth Park

One off street parking spot can be used behind the house if you have a compact vehicle and extra free public parking on the street.

This apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home and requires use of stairs. There is no elevator so this is unsuitable for anyone who cannot walk up stairs

We will handle one bag of kitchen trash and if you have excess trash during your stay please take it to the alley behind the building where you will find green plastic trash carts on wheels.
Please leave the thermostat on a reasonable seasonal setting (Auto Cool 77 for summer, Auto Heat 64 for winter, etc)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is no refund of your initial booking payment. If you cancel before your balance is due you will not be charged the balance
