Home is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was perfect for everyone. The outdoor kitchen was very helpful for the Christmas dinner. Plenty of room for everyone. Owner was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again

Do we really enjoyed our stay! The home was very nice and clean. The pool was great and well heated and we really enjoyed the outside kitchen! It also awesome TV / movie room. Very nice house we will definitely stay again.

Everything was great except for the pool having a crack and needing repair. The host made us offers to make things right due to the pool problems. The house was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. Location was good and located near Tarpon Springs and Tampa. We enjoyed our stay. Host was quick to answer messages.

Just returned home from an excellent stay in this lovely home . 6 adults enjoyed all of the comforts of this house. Lovely pool and screened in lanai. Favorite part was the outdoor kitchen . . The property is exactly as listed. Very comfortable inside and out to relax. The outside kitchen was my favorite part. We did our breakfasts outside, the screened in area was nice, no bugs to deal with. Overall it was plenty roomy for my family to have their own space to chill at night. The communication was easy and kind. I will definitely rent here again.

Everything was great! The pool was a big hit for the kiddos (and adults) and the outdoor patio area was great! Plenty of space, super clean. Definitely recommend!

We traveled from Pennsylvania and stayed at this wonderful location for a wedding we attended in Dade City. The property is gorgeous, has many amenities for families, close to many attractions. I hope to stay again, if I am ever in the area.

This place was amazing. The house offered everything you could possible need and it truley felt like our home for that week. We took full advantage of the pool, grill and outside cooking area. I also really appriciated the screened in pool area. Sitting outside and not having to fight the bugs was a plus. My next trip back to Tarpon springs will depend on the availability of this house -The only thing I would recommend is something in the house that tells us about recommended restaurants, shopping and other things to do in the area. Other then that I give this place a 10 out of 10.

THE BEST PLACE EVER...

Honestly I can only say good things about this place it is a very clean well managed property. Owners were very welcoming and quickly responsive with anything we asked. Absolutely loved the latch gate to the pool area to keep my 15 month old safe. The outdoor cover patio area was absolutely amazing and so relaxing. All the bed were very comfortable and the house had absolutely everything you needed aside from your own clothes and food. We would definitely stay here again and would strongly recommend this place to anyone... also very centrally located and close to many attractions and shopping needs.

Family ladies escape with special needs

My mom, cousin, aunt and I had a great time staying at this house. The kitchen was nice and had all the equipment for us to cook all week. The tv couch was huge and comfortable enough to pass out on. We didn't use the outside kitchen and eating area but it looked so nice I would rent this place in the summer just to get to enjoy it.

Sunny Days Pool Home welcomes ALL guests to enjoy the convenience of being close to the Gulf of Mexico with quick access to popular beaches (Clearwater, St Petersburg, Honey Moon Island, etc ) and Tampa. Is you wish to remain local, New Port Richey has much to offer. Ride in less than 5 minutes to down town New Port Richey that is always full of local events ALL year round, eat by the water with a beautiful view out of the many restaurants by US-19 (0.5 miles from the house), entertain yourself with favorite attractions such as cart racing, hiking, visiting the famous Sponge Duck in Tarpon Spring, renting a boat or fishing in a city full of providers. Do not forget to dive into many local beaches and to visit the recognized Weeki Wachee Spring. New Port Richey is all about nature and outdoors.
