Please feel free to wash and dry your clothes in our Laundry room. High speed Internet & Wi-Fi is available and our password can be found on the letter board in the living room downstairs. This is the second time we've stayed here. Great location and plenty of room. We always look here first when visiting family in Brockport. House is large with plenty of room to relax and enjoy family. Owners are great to deal with and quick to respond. We will be back!

The property was everything my family could ask for! The house was super clean and well appointed, everything we needed for a great stay was provided. We came to Brockport to visit family. The house location was perfect for us. Communication with the host was fast and very accommodating. Plenty of space to move around while traveling with an infant. House was very clean and comfortable. We will be back.

Fantastic property with Fantastic Renters

What a great place. VERY clean, a ton of room, and great location. Came in for our nephew's graduation party. Renters were super nice and responded to all our questions swiftly when we had any. Will totally rent again next time we come up for a visit.

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The apartment was very clean. The separation of the kitchen area to the family room was inconvenient for us but may be OK for younger folks. The vehicles in the already in the driveway and other vehicles were coming and going into the late evening which was concerning to the downstairs bedroom guest. The other renters in the duplex were quiet, and we did not see them at all. Roosters were quiet as well!!

Hi Gary thank you for your visit, sorry if us coming back home bothered you at night, we are the owners! We live on the other side. No roosters but those hens are my pets! It’s pretty rural out in Brockport. As for the kitchen, I won’t be knocking that wall down anytime soon, I would if I could but it’s pretty spacious.

Wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect! The host was very kind check in was easy and the simplicity of the house was relieving. It had anything you needed on hand and it was a very quiet and peaceful place to enjoy. The host made sure that we had air conditioning in the rooms that we would be staying due to the heat wave and made sure that we were comfortable. It was a delightful experience!

Spent the weekend visiting our SUNY Brockport athlete (Go Golden Eagles!). Location of this duplex was awesome, 5 min from Main St. This property was clean and comfy and well stocked with amenities, good parking and quiet neighborhood. Owner was very communicative. We will be back!

Just enough

We stayed here for my son's graduation from RIT and it was clean as a whistle and spacious. The host lives on the other side of the house and they were welcoming but did not hover. The beds were quite comfortable and there was a nice kitchen with a Keurig and plenty of items for a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this place for safety and cleanliness.
