Perfect for large groups

We traveled to SF for a golf tournament. With 8 separate bedrooms this home was perfect for our group of 7. Each individual had their own room and bathroom. Hard to imagine a house of this size is possible to find in the SF area at a very reasonable price.

Perfect for buddies trip

This house could not have been any better for our group of 8. With 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, it gave us EXACTLY what we were looking for. The location of the house was perfect, and we had plenty of room to park our two rental vans. I can't recommend this rental house enough.

Perfect place for large group

I would highly recommend this property to say if you have a large group of people. 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. All rooms had a bathroom except 2. The rooms that didn't have a bathroom, were just outside the room. A large table in the downstairs area for everyone to eat breakfast lunch and dinner and then a large screen TV in the upstairs area. Two refrigerators, one downstairs and one upstairs. Our function was in downtown San Francisco and Daly City is close to the city without being in the city. The area was very safe. The BART Colma station was within walking distance. The 280 FWY was extremely close. We used a lot of Ubers into the city and it was very affordable. If you had a question about the house, Johnny was very responsive to questions and got back to you quickly. Great place

Nice new house with 8 Br & 8 bathrooms

We are generally very happy about the location and the house, the fact that it has 8BR and 8 bathrooms and the house is only a year old. I like the long dining table that can sit all of us. And the owner is very quick to reply to al our questions. I would say the place is good if you don’t plan to do a lot of cooking. Because the portable dishwasher is very small, we decided to buy paper plates. There are no big pots and pans where we can cook for 15 people and the serving utensils are plastic and easily breaks. So we only cooked breakfast at the place and ended up ordering food in or eating out. The location is very convenient for us. So yes, I’d recommend the house, especially if you want your own bathroom!

The whole group will be comfortable at this end of 2021 brand new spacious and unique space. It has a stylish pool table. The 8br/8ba single house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. 3074 sqft huge space home. Very close to shopping centers, supermarkets, Bart, restaurants, etc. Close to 280 easy to get in and out from SF. 4 private parking spaces are available. Gigabit internet and WiFi are available. Safe and secured with a new access code for each new booking. Security cameras.

Welcome home! This brand new construction at the end of 2021 luxury 8 bedroom has all the comforts of home. The pictures in the listing were taken right when the place finished decorations, so we will be constantly updating for improvements. Walk into the gigantic garage that has a leather sofa and pool table for entertainment. Walk up an open eat-in kitchen stocked with basic cooking hardware and eating wares and mugs, two huge long expandable dining tables that comfortably sit up to 16 people. Beyond the kitchen are four bedrooms in the same story; each comfortably sleeps two guests or four couples (eight people). Three bedrooms feature queen size beds and private bathrooms and one bedroom has a shared bathroom. This could be a private bathroom as well because all the bedrooms have private bathrooms. Walk up to the 3rd story of the house to an enormous living/guests room with three huge leather sofas and big HD TV. An extra set of washers and dryers is provided in the garage for the convenience of the guests.
