Very good house in a good location. Really enjoyed my stay with my friends! Mostly well stocked kitchen, but we couldn't find any dishwasher pods (or something similar) so we did have to wash everything by hand.

My family, which includes 4 grown children with 3 spouses and 4 grandchildren, all enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for the 13 of us, and the game room was a big hit with the kids. The neighborhood was quiet, it was a quick walk to the beach, and there were plenty of options for food. We enjoyed Luigi's pizza. :) Great stay!

The place was an excellent venue for our company offsite event, and was rated highly, and provided an unforgettable experience for our team. The game room and garage was a great addition, and backyard was nice as well. The fact that there were so many rooms and restrooms made it highly conducive to larger groups. The host made the experience very seamless. Highly recommended!

Fourteen in our party arrived at check-in four o clock to find the house had not been cleaned. The oven is tricky and we were not able to use it. There is not enough silverware for twelve. Only one towel per person and none in the bathrooms. No barbecue just a hibachi and you need to bring charcoal. If you need to use the living room sofa beds you must inform the host so the cleaners will leave bedding for them.

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the housekeeping mix-up at check-in. That is not the experience we want for any guest. As soon as we were made aware, we sent our cleaning crew over right away, and they fully cleaned the home for your stay. We're sorry the start of your visit wasn't the best experience. Regarding a few other points: we don't advertise a large grill. The listing includes a hibachi-style grill, and guests provide their own charcoal. We also provide one bath towel per guest (14 for your party), along with hand towels for the bathrooms. We're sorry if this didn't meet your expectations, and we appreciate the note about the oven and silverware — we'll review both to make future stays smoother. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you'll give us another chance to provide the experience we're known for.

Clean and comfortable house

We really enjoyed our stay for our small reunion with friends and their kids. Love that there was a large table for group dinners. Set up of the house was nice too since there is one bedroom upstairs that is a bit more private if needed. Walking distance to the beach and good takeout/delivery near by!

Great place to stay

The house is remodeled and very cute! The kids loved the pool table and fuse ball in the garage. The washer and dryer were also nice! There were 4 camp chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board for the beach, which was about a 10 minute walk.

Great place for a large family or group.

We had a great experience for our 4 day weekend. We had a large group of friends for a 60th birthday party and had more than enough room For everyone to sleep. The host, Borja, was great from the get-go and very accommodating. The home is beautiful with updated flooring, Paint, appliances, and landscaping. Great location, close to grocery store, beach, etc..

My family booked Borja's place for two nights following a Ben Lomond wedding. There were 14 confirmed guests & Borja graciously accepted 2 more for a single overnight stay. We communicated via email, which was slightly slow & cumbersome, but worked sufficiently well, given there were several questions to be worked out about the guest list & additional cost. The bedrooms were comfortable though sparsely furnished (seems some without bedside tables), serving our big group well. Beds and bed linens lush. There were plenty of high quality towels, but the lack of towel hooks/bars in bedrooms to supplement those in various bathrooms was noted. Our entire family ate 5 communal meals, utilizing many of the items provided. The kitchen was reasonably equipped, but I wouldn't say fully equipped -- additions of an ice cream scoop and garlic press would be great. There were issues with the gas stove/oven. The oven was hard to light, in spite of a little note of instructions posted, & we were never sure of the oven temperature. An oven thermometer would be helpful. The location was great, with proximity to shopping & the beach. Being in the quiet neighborhood was a plus, but house rules for keeping windows closed at night without AC seemed a bit presumptuous of our ability to be good neighbors & keep quiet hours . Parking was also a bit tricky since our 5 vehicles were large enough that keeping to the host's designated space wasn't feasible, & one vehicle was parked around the block.
