Very comfortable and pleasant house on an amazing piece of property. Area offered fly fishing, mountain biking and hiking, all accessed from the property. We look forward to returning.
Perfect location for hiking, fishing, & exploring PNF. Spent entire week reconnecting with family & nature! House is wonderful! Plan to return for next mountain escape!
The property is beautiful with fields, a pond, and a rushing creek. There were lots of games to play, we had everything we needed, and the grocery store was a short drive away. The location was about 30 min from Asheville, Brevard, and Hendersonville. The only downfall was spotty internet service and campers very close by. Wildlife was all around with a groundhog who lives under the house, bullfrogs, birds, and a mama bear and her baby in the back.

The creek wrapped around the entire home, and you could hear is all day and night. The pond had fish food. The porch was by far the best part, coffee in the morning, cards in the afternoon.
Perfect place to disconnect from the world and reconnect with family
We got grandparents, kids and grandkids together for a long weekend, and the cabin was absolutely perfect. TVs have dvd players with a ton of dvd options which the grandkids enjoyed first thing in the morning. There are SO many games. We played a ton of them around the kitchen table. Everyone caught fish in the pond (even the 3 year old). We took hikes and cooked hot dogs and s’mores over the fire. The screened porch was perfect for our morning coffee. The cabin is the quintessential cabin retreat. We had so much fun shutting off our phones and reconnecting with each other. I can’t recommend this property enough.
