27 private acre estate surrounded by DuPont State Forest. Boundary trail is literally steps from the front of the house. RIDGE LINE TRAIL IS A 5 MINUTE BIKE RIDE. Hike or bike right into the forest to see the best of North Carolina's waterfalls. Sit in the hot tub or around the fire and enjoy the privacy and the views. Property offers a luxury home featuring 3 bedrooms and two baths. In addition, you will find a guest suite with another bedroom, private bath and living room. There is a 3-season game room (no heating or AC) for the kids to enjoy featuring a ping pong table, foosball table, television and Xbox.

When you are ready to go out, this property is 20 minutes to downtown Brevard or Hendersonville.

Such an impressive property! The house and land are beautiful and its proximity to the trails at Dupont cannot be beat. This was our 2nd stay at the property and we cannot wait to return for another. The house had everything we needed and more for a wonderful vacation.

Absolutely amazing property with all the amenities and proximity to the DSF trail network. Communication with the owner was flawless and our trip exceeded all expectations. This was out fourth trip staying with Katie's properties. We are already planning our return.

Perfection in DuPont

The location and quality of this property is unique. Complete privacy and an incredible view coupled with a immaculately maintained vacation home. The owners have thought of everything. There is private access to the DuPont trail system which deposits you right at the top of Ridgeline. 100% first class.

I would recommend this property. Close to Brevard and other towns, but house was secluded which we enjoyed. House was clean and owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We had plenty of room for the ten of us. We enjoyed the trail connecting to the property. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. The owner thought of everything and was very communicative. We had room for everyone and enjoyed the game room, hot tub, and fire pit. It was great to be able to walk right onto the hiking trail in Dupont. The house is beautiful and so are the mountain views! We will be back!

We had an exceptional experience at this property! It’s literally at the top of a mountain, and is minutes away from some of the best hikes and waterfalls / swimming homes around. We loved it! The homeowner was extremely responsive before and during our stay with any questions. There was so much space for all of us to enjoy each other. Views were out of this world. We’ll be back for sure!

This property was beyond spectacular. From the private secluded lot to the amazing home. There was absolutely nothing missing. The owners were great to work with and we felt extremely fortunate to be able to experience their home. Beautiful views with all of the amenities you could ask for. We will definitely be coming back.

Friends MTB Trip

Nothing short of absolutely amazing. The views, quality of the homes design & finishes, the physical lay out, the remote mountaintop location, proximity to DSF trail network, the views (yes I said it twice as it merits 2 mentions). The host is outstanding in all aspects and I cannot recommend this listing enough.

Dupont Perfection

What a beautiful property! The house is marvelous and well stocked. The guest house was perfect for my mother-in-law who has mobility issues. Being able to ride or hike directly from the house was amazing. We have stayed at a lot of properties in the Brevard area and this is by far my favorite. If you are a mountain biker you cannot ask for a better house.

Great place to relax and get outdoors

Beautiful home on the very top of the mountain, surrounded by DuPont State Forest. The hiking and mountain biking trails are literally through the gate next to the barn. Half way between two equally fun towns, Brevard and Hendersonville, NC. 15 minutes from the entrance to Pisgah National Forest which is one of the most beautiful places to visit in the southeast USA. We will go back. We could not recommend the home more highly.

Amazing private estate! Walk onto Dupont hiking trails

This VRBO rental is really special. We have been coming to hike in Dupont for years, and had noticed peek-a-boo views of this incredible property from Boundary Trail. Never did we think we would get to stay there. The home is gorgeous and has everything you need, plus much more with acres of land and woods, gorgeous mountain views, and the hiking trails of Dupont just steps out the door. What a luxurious recreational paradise! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will be back and I would give it 6 stars if I could.

This property is surrounded on 3 sides by DuPont State Forest. You can walk from the front door and be on the trail system in perhaps 50 yards. The location is truly special. You if you prefer you are 1.2 miles from the Guion parking lot, 15 minutes to either Hendersonville or Brevard.
