L’appartement est géré par une conciergerie. Marius qui la gère a fait son maximum afin de nous arranger sur l’heure d’arrivée et de départ.À noter que l’entrée se fait par une porte de garage et l’accès à l’appartement à l’étage se fait par un escalier abrupte et étroit. Attention avec de jeunes enfants d’autant que la porte d’entrée donne directement sur l’escalier. Un bémol sur la propreté de l’appartement, tapis au sol, canapés etc. Nous avons vu et senti qu’il y avait beaucoup de poussière.La vaisselle est dépareillée et l’électroménager d’époque. Les murs sont peu épais d’une chambre à l’autre ce qui laisse passer le bruit, les portes notamment des chambres et les poignées sont usées et ont du jeu. La location est très bien située proche des commerces et de la plage.

Très bon séjour.Location impeccable, décorée avec goût, et où beaucoup de choses sont mises à disposition pour les loisirs (livres, télé, console de jeux, table de ping pong) comme pour le quotidien (lave linge et sèche linge, table et fer à repasser, sèche cheveux).Le propriétaire est très agréable et disponible pour toute question.La situation géographique de la location est idéale: plage au bout de la rue, ainsi que rue commerçante avec boutiques, carrefour city et restaurants.
