Beautiful, quiet, and tranquil 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home with amazing views. Enjoy the rooftop with stunning morning sunrises and evening sunsets over beautiful turquoise waters. Our large 3 bedroom house includes a fully equipped kitchen, living area, large island for eating, high-speed internet, and a spacious patio with a private pool. This luxury home has everything you need including a washer and dryer and is located on the south part of the island in Punta Sur.

Great home

This is a great option for couples or a family. Home is located between Garaffon de Castilla and Hotel La Joya, short walk to The Joint, Kin Ha, Burro, Punta Sur, couple taco joints and a small convenience store. We enjoyed the pool, minor inconveniences were lack of water for a couple of days and AC broke, however the host was very responsive and issues were remedied same day, if possible. There is construction happening in front of home, to the left, however that is unavoidable in this area as so much building and construction.

The host was very accommodating and helpful with some issues we had with the home. It was beautiful and comfortable and quiet. The water had completely quit a few times and she sent help very quickly until Sunday morning. Not a huge deal but I was able to get the pump reset a couple times. We did go without water for the last day of our trip which was frustrating.

Lovely property and responsive owner

This was a very nice and well maintained property. The property owner was incredibly helpful and responsive to the small issues we had during our stay and helped us with recommendations for our time on the Island. Home is tucked in a quite part of Isla within walking distance of Punta Sur. Quiet and safe area perfect for a family.

Nice, roomy, clean home

We (5 of us) stayed 7 nights. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom, so everyone has enough private space. Smart TV’s so everyone can stream their own programs. The pool was small but just perfect. The villa is located on a little dirt road, just off the main road and walking distance to several restaurants/road-side stands/beach clubs including The Joint, Kin Ha which was a huge plus. Plenty of drinking water supplied in the villa. The owner was always available and always helpful. Highly recommend.

Tucked away hacienda

The house was just perfect for us. The rooftop view was amazing. The pool was nice to just hang out in the afternoons. Lots of character and plants everywhere to make it charming. The rooms are plenty in size! The house is tucked away on a little dirt road but actually is in the heart of the south end. Literally plenty of restaurants and beach clubs around the corner. Laura was amazing. Checkin and checkout was super easy and she was able to get my golf cart situation handled with a phone call. We would definitely stay again and let her help us.

Mornings on roof top deck, afternoons in the pool

This property was awesome. The location was quiet and very private. We spent almost every morning upstairs reading, enjoying the morning sun and the great view of the ocean from the roof top deck. We spent almost every afternoon (when we weren't out and about exploring the island) in the pool and on the patio deck chairs, enjoying the afternoon sun. The rooms were all spacious, each with its own ensuite. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a water dispenser and multiple 20 litre water jugs for unlimited drinking water. Finally, Laura was super helpful and very quick to respond to any questions and/or requests. We had a great time and were very thankful that we had such fantastic place to stay.
