Salt Therapy – Stylish New 4BR Home, 5 stars

Beautifully decorated and cozy with an open floor plan, Salt Therapy is 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cottage located directly between the Gulf of Mexico and the St. Joseph Bay. This nearly 2,000 sq ft home was newly built in 2021 and stocked with amazing amenities.

*Beach access is a quick 1/4 mile walk via boardwalk, and you will hit the lovely community swimming pool on your way (closed Dec-Feb).
*3 patio areas, including a propane fire table and outdoor shower, make enjoying the outside easy. Watch the sunrise on the expansive screened-in porch or watch the sunset from the back deck while grilling your dinner.
*Three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, Smart TV, and brand-new mattresses and linens to ensure a great night of sleep. * The master bedroom has a king bed and a sliding glass door to the back patio. * The guest bedroom has a queen bed.* The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of full over full bunk beds (sleeps 4 comfortably, up to 8 maximum).
*The living room boasts an electric fireplace for those chillier beach evenings, a huge sofa and large TV which can also be seen from the dining table. The large sliding glass doors in the living/dining room expand out to the screened-in porch where guests can enjoy outdoor dining or relaxing on the cozy outdoor furniture.
*The dining table seats up to 8 with 3 additional barstools at the kitchen countertop for more seating. The kitchen is a cook's dream, complete with everything you need from a stock pot for boiling lobsters/crab to a gas grill. We also have a Blackstone griddle outside. A toaster, blender, hand mixer, crockpot, air fryer and Keurig Duo all come included along with nearly every type of kitchen amenity you could think of.
*In the garage area, you will find a ping pong table to enjoy on rainy days as well as a plethora of beach supplies. Salt Therapy comes with a beach cart, beach chairs, an umbrella, and plenty of sand toys to take to the gorgeous white sands of Cape San Blas. f adventure is your thing, try your hand at kayaking in the Bay with one of the two provided sea kayaks.
*Just off the garage is another screened-in porch with a propane fire table and Adirondack chairs, perfect for cozying up after a long day of fun and sun. Or maybe you prefer being served a cocktail at the outdoor bar. A retro red cooler to keep your drinks cold, as well as an outdoor shower for rinsing off, complete the area.

Vacation on the Cape

This property is absolutely gorgeous! New and modern with beautiful decor. Very well set up and stocked for families and children with all you need for a perfect week away at the beach! Great location to beach (just a short walk or golf cart ride away), very close to the state park and not far to cute little restaurants. Looking forward to our next stay here!

Amazing beach trip

Beautiful house! Loved that each room had its own bathroom. We enjoyed the nearby pool that was on the walk to the beach-had it to ourselves each time. We enjoy cooking meals in and had all we needed. We also loved the outdoor spaces. House is pristine and an amazing place to vacation.

Beautiful Home, Excellent North Cape Location

This spacious, beautifully decorated house was a magnificent, relaxing vacation spot. The gorgeous beach was a short walk from the house. The screened porch and separate deck provided relaxing spots to enjoy the sound of the surf. All in all, we had a wonderful time in your beautiful vacation house and can’t wait to return!

Great property

The property was as described. We had a great stay and found everything we needed and some things we didn’t even know we needed! We enjoyed the efficient kitchen and the downstairs patio for after beach clean up. The beds were comfy. The quiet street was great for the kids to scooter or bike. Michele was super.

Perfect weekend getaway

Salt Therapy was amazing! The house was just as incredible in person as it is in the pictures. Very clean, feels new, well decorated and comfortable! We loved the serenity of the neighborhood and being able to see the bay. Felt like we were coming home when we walked in the door. Michele communicated well and thought through little things like coffee, creamer and sugar. We would book here again next time we make it down to CSB!!

Salt Therapy

Salt Therapy is a wonderful place. We enjoyed the house and all of the amenities it offered. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and we all agreed this was the perfect place for 3 week vacation. Michele was so wonderful to work with. The only thing we would have liked is lighting on the steps leading down to the enclosed fire pit area. Thanks so much for welcoming us to your property.

Beach house that’s lives up to the Dream

We spent an amazing 6 days in the property, was myself husband and 2 kids (age 9 and 6) - it was just the perfect vacation from our vacation to Orlando and was icing on the cake of our 3 week trip to Florida. The house itself was everything I hoped for and more of a beach house (we don’t have anything like this in Ireland) - the beach, ping pong, fire pit, state park and body boarding was the perfect six days a total family relaxing time. Check in/out could not have been simpler abs Michelle responded to any queries. If it was closer than a 6 hour drive followed by 9 hour flight we’d be back regularly.

Highly Recommend Salt Therapy

This was by far the one of the best vacations my family and I have ever had. Michele was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early and including a complimentary bottle of wine upon our arrival. She was very quick to respond when we had questions and was always extremely helpful. The pictures of the house do not do it justice! It is beautifully decorated and CLEAN. It also had everything you needed for the beach (beach towels, kayaks, bikes, etc.) and a kitchen with any and all cooking tools you would need. The beach was absolutely beautiful (white sand as far as you could see and clear water) and just a quick walk from the house. We will most definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful House and great location near State Park

The house was so beautiful! It’s brand new and so well laid out. You could see the bay from the screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked. And the bunk room was perfect for our teenage boys. Every day we took our golf cart into the state park. We explored the bay side and the ocean side. The water was emerald green. You could see everything. Michele was very responsive to all our questions before we got there and a couple while we were there. There is a big stock pot in the kitchen and we made a seafood boil twice with fresh shrimp we picked up down the road. Delicious Very relaxing and amazing time! Thx for sharing your home with us.

House was amazing!! - clean, full bathroom in each bedroom, gorgeous kitchen and stocked with soap, etc. Property manager was very responsive!!! Our only issues were all the tvs which were on Roku and we weren't familiar with that.

Luxury at the Cape

We enjoyed our recent stay at Salt Therapy. The property has been designed and decorated to put you in the lap of luxury in your time at the coast. Bathrooms for every bedroom, outside lounging spaces, well appointed kitchen…it really was a joy to stay here. Owner was very quick to respond to a few questions. The location cannot be beat as you are right at the entrance to the state park. We will definitely return to Salt Therapy!

We had a fantastic stay at this home. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils to cook for a large family. The property was clean and as expected upon arrival. There were games and activities for kids which we enjoyed. Cell and internet service was not great but it was good to “unplug” for some time. We would recommend this home to other families!

Incredible home in relaxing San blas

This was our first trip to San blas and we were fortunate to reserve Michele’s beautiful and well appointed home. Months before arrival, she welcomed us and shared info about the area and what to expect upon check in. She was proactive, timely, and incredibly helpful and resolution oriented in her communication. The home itself was perfect for our young kids to unwind in after a fun day at the beach and pool. Rooms were great, beds comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking any meal we planned for. Michele provides literally everything you will need. Just bring your bags and head to the beach. The beach is a short 10 min walk from the house as well with multiple access points. Highly recommend Michele’a home!

Perfect Family Vacation

We have vacationed many times at Cape San Blas but our stay was even more enjoyable due to renting this gorgeous home. Luxurious furnishings, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and we loved having coffee on the porch each morning. Short walk to the pristine beaches and minutes to St. Joe peninsula State Park to kayak and sit by the bay. Don’t miss Webers donuts but you have to get there EARLY. Nice, quiet vacation to relax and enjoy time with family. Beautiful home and Michele-was a great host.

Amazing home and location!

Everything was wonderful for our trip. The home was even more beautiful in person and the layout allowed for us ( family of 4 with two teenagers ) to have time together but also have our own space to retreat to at the end of the day . You can tell that the home has been newly renovated and they did a wonderful job . Not only was the home amazing but the location was as well . We struggle , as a family, to agree on a location for our vacations. My husband and son enjoy fishing, our daughter enjoys sunbathing at the beach and I enjoy a location that is low key and not overly populated. We have finally found the perfect location to fit all of our needs . We were able to fish and kayak on the bay side ( the kayaks located in the home worked well ), we sunbathed at the beach ( using the chairs and beach towels from the home )and we even rode bikes ( also included with the home ) to the local stores. My only recommendation is that you do all of your grocery shopping ahead of time . We went to the Piggly Wiggly that was about 30 minutes from the house and we stocked up for the week . If we wouldn’t have planned ahead it would have been a struggle to find everything that we needed in town . The homeowners were quick to respond with any questions we had and even sent a message making sure we were enjoying our stay . We highly recommend and will definitely be back !

Florida Trip

The stay at Salt Therapy was during our 10 (now 11) and 13 year old’s track out from school. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and communication with Michele was always a pleasure. The house is stocked with many things that other rentals typically do not have (i.e., ziplock bags, beach cruiser bikes, ping pong table, beach chairs, small lunch cooler, stocked panty with many staples….along with herbs/spices and cooking oil, etc.). The house was a splurge for our budget, but the location is amazing—while not on the beach front, it’s still an easy walk to get to the beach or the bay. And both are worth checking out. I love the area and would love to find a long term rental close by! If you like a place with less commercialization, then this area is for you. We don’t enjoy crowds and commercialized areas for vacation, so this rental was perfect. FL has many great things to offer outdoor lovers/enthusiasts, and this area of the Cape is no exception! We discovered loads of great restaurants and had awesome oysters, along with delicious key lime pie. My only suggestion would be kayak carts for transporting the kayaks. We unfortunately did not get to use the kayaks, but now we know to get a truck for our rental car next time. We look forward to getting back down to the area (hopefully really soon). Had everything you would need!

After many trips to the Cape let me say Salt Therapy had it all. You can literally just show up with clothes and a toothbrush. A selection of seasonings, good knives and top quality cookware made meals a fun family activity. The morning bay views of the sunrises from the screened deck are a great way to start the day! Stocked firewood, chairs, and a wagon made a sunset fire on the beach a must! Will be back when it’s a touch warmer.
