Many hiking trails lead directly from the house into the beautiful landscape, to the nearby lakes Rottachsee, Grüntensee,
a little further to the Great Alpsee, Forgensee etc. - but also into the like Nebelhorn, Fellhorn and Walmendinger Horn.
Also for attractions water skiing, sailing, horse riding, climbing, tobogganing we are quite central starting point.
