Cozy condo perfect for winter vacation

This is a must-visit year-round destination! Welcome to Owl's Nest Resort, centrally located in Thornton, NH- just three minutes off of I-93.
Only 15 minutes to Waterville Valley, 20 minutes to Loon, & 30 minutes to Cannon Mtn!
This home comfortably sleeps 7 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The space:
Nestled in the beautiful mountains, this unit can comfortably sleep 7 people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

This garden-style condo provides easy accessibility, picturesque mountain views, and all to be enjoyed in a single floor. Located in the back of the unit, is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and laundry area. Next to the master suite is another spacious room with a queen bed and a full guest bathroom across the hall.

The third bedroom is located off of the kitchen, with a twin, full, and twin trundle located underneath the bunk set.

Enjoy the beautiful mountain views, located right off of the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

This condo is privately owned & rented and in no way affiliated with Owl's Nest Resort's own rental program, however, it is located inside the resort.

Guest access:
During your stay, you’ll enjoy full access to all Owl’s Nest Resort amenities.

Pools, Hot Tub & Fitness Center
You’ll receive a key card that grants access to the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. These are shared amenities used by resort guests/homeowners and are available year-round.
Located just behind the pool area, Lake Harold is available in the summer for swimming, kayaking, and more. There is also a small playground nearby for children to enjoy.

Golf & Racquet Sports
Owl’s Nest features a public 18-hole golf course, and you can also enjoy platform tennis, pickleball, and tennis courts.

There are several on-site restaurants to enjoy, as well as the WellNest Spa offering a range of treatments.

220 Volt electric car chargers are available for use in the resort.

Spacious, clean condo with everything you need!

Stayed at this condo while we were attending a family wedding at the Owls Nest. The condo was very well stocked, really clean, and had an amazing fire place and living room area where the whole family could hang out. The welcome snacks were a really nice touch :)

The property was well supplied with all our needs, no need for any emergency runs to pick things up! The welcome snacks were well appreciated and listing was accurate. Lovely Stay

While the property itself needs a little TLC (cracked floor tiles, for example) and we would have appreciated more curtains on the windows (blackout curtains would be a great option), we enjoyed our stay! There's enough room to spread out, the kitchen had all of the dishes and silverware we needed, and they even had some extras (a bottle of water, M&Ms, etc) which we were grateful for when we realized we didn't buy bottled water at the grocery store and were too tired to run back out and get some after a very long travel day. We intended this stay to be for a multigenerational trip (6 people total, 2 kids under 8) and it would have been perfect for our group. Some people got sick and couldn't travel so it ended up being just two adults... but the condo was great for us, too! We liked the two bathrooms, the option of bunk beds, the comfy couch, and all of the space. If we ever come back to Owls Nest with our family, we will return!

This condo was clean, spacious and nicely located. The property manager was easy to communicate with and the condo was located with easy access to Lincoln and Waterville Valley. We would definitely stay again!
