Beautiful home in Owl’s Nest close to ski resorts

Located in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, this townhome is only three minutes off of I-93, and minutes to all of your favorite destinations. Being located right in Owl's Nest Resort, there are countless activities located right at your fingertips.
Enjoy NH's only Nicklaus Design golf course right in your backyard, platform tennis, golf simulator, outdoor pool, and more!

The space:
The townhome comfortably sleeps 10 people. There is a one-car garage available for your use as well as two parking spots in the driveway and adjacent to the right of the home.

Entering the home, there is a laundry room located on the left-hand side as well as a coat closet. In the family room, there is plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the space together as well as a sofa bed for any guests that you may have. Off of the family room is a bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

Located on the second floor is your spacious main living area with a large kitchen stocked with everything you may need, as well as a large dining table and a second living room with a fireplace. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views in the living room and golf course views on your spacious deck space with a grill right off of the kitchen. Off of the main living room, there is a 1/2 bath and a master suite with a king bed, and master bathroom.

Located upstairs is a small office space to complete any work you may have on your vacation, along with two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds & a twin trundle, along with a full jack n' jill bathroom that brings you to the fourth bedroom with one queen bed.

This townhome is privately owned & rented and in no way affiliated with Owl's Nest Resort's own rental program, however, it is located inside the resort.

During your stay, you’ll enjoy full access to all Owl’s Nest Resort amenities.

Pools, Hot Tub & Fitness Center
You’ll receive a key card that grants access to the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. These are shared amenities used by resort guests/homeowners and are available year-round.
Located just behind the pool area, Lake Harold is available in the summer for swimming, kayaking, and more. There is also a small playground nearby for children to enjoy.

Golf & Racquet Sports
Owl’s Nest features a public 18-hole golf course, and you can also enjoy platform tennis, pickleball, and tennis courts.

There are several on-site restaurants to enjoy, as well as the WellNest Spa offering a range of treatments.

220 Volt electric car chargers are available for use in the resort.

Another Ideal Golf Trip @ Owl’s Nest

Our group of 8 golfers returned to Owl’s Nest again this June for our 7th annual golf trip. This property met all of our expectations. Communication was prompt, check in was a breeze and the proximity to the course and amenities was perfect. Looking forward to next year already!

Fabulous place to stay!

My family and I stayed at this property as we were attending a wedding over the weekend. Beautiful property, clean and great location. Owner was available for questions. We will definitely come back!

Owls Nest Wedding

Stayed with 6 friends for a wedding at the Owls Nest. Awesome place for wedding, golf, or skiing. Interested in booking again for summer golf trip. Clean place, spacious, stocked with essentials. 10/10 would recommend.

Mixed Bag

Nice property with plenty of room. We had 6 guests total but it sleeps 10 counting a pull-out couch. Plenty of room on rear deck for sitting out with fellow guests in a nice setting. There was no body wash provided and the singe small sample sizes of shampoo etc.

This property was just what we needed for our family for my daughters high school graduation. Clean, spacious, well equipped. With a deck right on the course, it was a perfect spot for morning coffee!

Perfect townhouse on Golf Course in beautiful Owl’s Nest resort! Our family of 8 people including our adult children and their significant others were in Owl’s Nest resort for a family wedding. This Townhouse was in a perfect location and big enough to easily host all 8 of us over 3 floors with a fully stocked full kitchen that we utilized! We enjoyed the deck facing the golf course for our morning coffee and any free time we had! We were busy with wedding activity so we did not take advantage of resort facilities or near by attractions but it was perfect for our needs. Communication with the owners was smooth and Mattie was very helpful responding to all our needs and questions! It was clean, spacious and beautiful! Would definitely love to come back another time to fully enjoy the region!

Nice property

This townhome had plenty of space for all of us, including several people who had to work during part of our stay. Plenty of beds and well appointed kitchen. HOWEVER, the coffee maker had mold growing in it, and most of the dishes were dirty and had to be re-washed before use. Closer attention to those details would make this a 5-star stay all around.

Wedding Stay

We came to the Owl's Nest for my daughter's wedding and the stay at this condo was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable and enough room for all my adult children and their significant others (8 total). We were right on the golf course and able to see many of our guests enjoying the day out on the links. This location is close to the Sunset Pavillon, the Lake House and the Boat House. It was a 10 minute walk to the Lake House. Some of the guys walked home after night events but you wouldn't want to do it in heels. I would definitely go back and stay here!

Beautiful home!

Our group of life long friends went up to Owl's Nest for a golf weekend, and location and home couldn't have been any better! It's always difficult to have complete confidence in what you are getting when you rent a house, but i promise you this is the place you want to book. Our host, Mattie answered every question i had prior to our arrival day. When we got there the beautiful 3 level home had everything you could possibly hope for and more including a thoughtful welcome package of goodies, which was a nice touch. No need to bring trash bags, paper towels etc... it's all there. The house was awesome with plenty of room for 8 adults spread out over 3 levels and a 2 car garage. The outdoor deck overlooking the 11th hole of the golf course was fantastic. The restaurant's which were very good, and the Owl's Nest Clubhouse are a short walk from the house. This is one of the easiest 5 star ratings I have ever given!!This is completely separate from the home, but for those going for the golf play the on site course (Owl's Nest) it is fantastic. The course was in great shape with incredible views throughout the course. The only disappointment of the trip was the Owl's Nest Vineyard Course which is about 20 minutes away. The course has been renovated and will probably be nice in a coupe of years, but the 110 they are charging is way too much for the condition it is currently in.
