Lovely location for gathering with friends and family for snow day in Flagstaff. Close to everything we needed and home even had pool table to occupy the children downstairs. Kids said the bunk beds were extremely comfortable.
Family was very pleased with the size of the home everyone was pleased with the amenities the home came with it fit the family perfectly at all age ranges.
Circle of friends who like to cook together, have adventures, and talk into the night, could not have been happier. Excellent kitchen- layout, quality of cookware and knives, plenty of high quality dishes, etc. we already know we want to come back!

overall was ok. nice house but needs work. property mgr responsive when things needed repair. Lots of amenities. Not the best vrbo we have stayed in over last 20 years, but served the purpose and holds a large group. Do not hesitate to recommend, just know that the house has been "used" and is not a brand new unit!! Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy access to all of Flagstaff and Grand Canyon.

Beautiful house. This place is perfect for our family reunions, perfect size, it has everything that we needed, except an electric mixer, we ask the person in charge and we were able to get an answer on time, and we brought our own. During our stay, weather was in 60s, we got rain and hail, we spent a lot of time by both inside & outside fireplaces. We loved it, we will be coming back for our 3rd family reunion in 2025.
Great place for reunion/graduation. Great game nights and eating together. Close to Flagstaff.
There were some maintainence issue with an upstairs shower and heat in the lower house and thermostats in some bedrooms. Overall, lots of memories were made 🥰👍
we were not told that it was a construction zone with nails and trash all over, they were roofing so we woke up to a flooded out kitchen and game room, the roofer finally showed up after dark, the next morning roof was still leaking, I feel we should have been discounted for the hassle, we cleaned up most of the water, and all of it the second day..other than that it is a spectacular place that we would probably rent again
We had a great time staying here while in town for our son's wedding. We had friends and family stay with us and we also held the rehearsal dinner here. There was plenty of space for all of us and the scenery was beautiful! The home was clean and well set up for a large group. We had one minor water pressure issue, that was handled in under 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again when I have more time to enjoy all the amenities the property has to offer!

Wonderful Location!
This was a great location up on the mountain. The property was still being renovated on the outside while we were there. Lots of scrap and nails in a pile right outside the bottom deck. This place does have an A/C, but it is only in one part of the house, so if it is hot, it does not do much to cool the place down. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back, especially when the outside is cleaned up.
Wish I could put all my thoughts and hundreds of photos and videos we took here! Absolutely the Best flawless trip - we had a group of 19. My husband and I, our 7 kids and spouses and grandkids. The property alone was breathtaking and accommodations were not lacking a thing! We spent a day at the North Pole experience for even the big adults and had more than expected memory building moments between the pines, hot tub, fireplace, three levels of pure comfort and separate privacy and so much space for the entire group to be together in the kitchen, game room and family room. Highly highly recommended and we will return!! Thank you for the everlasting memories!
What an incredible home! Everything was just as pictured and advertised. We had an absolute blast! I hosted a group of teenagers for some high altitude training for my sons high school cross country team. The home had ample sleeping arrangements for me to separate the boys and girls and a wonderful kitchen for me to feed a bunch of hungry teenagers. The kids never ran out of things to do with the pool table and entertainment room downstairs. We found everything clean and in great working order. I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a large vacation property in the Flagstaff area. We are already hoping to plan a skiing trip here next Spring.

Overall it wasn’t real good. The code to get into the house didn’t work but we found a back door that was unlocked. The balcony’s and the yard were all littered with roofing materials because the roof was in the process of being redone. The hot tub didnt get hot, the beds were not comfortable and the dumpster outside was overflowing with trash from the previous renter. The house was freezing when we got there because no one bothered to turn the heaters on. It took the base board heaters forever to heat the rooms up to a comfortable level.
Perfect large house for the 19 family members that descended upon Flagstaff for my daughter’s graduation.
Plenty of room for seating and game playing, which our family loves to do! House layout is a bit quirky but it added to the charm! Host was very attentive at answering all my questions! Great stay!

Beautiful home, with major flaws
The home is beautiful and has a ton of space to accommodate a large group. The design of the home was very modern and cozy feeling. The location was also perfect for what we needed.
However, we experienced some major issues with a few aspects of the overall stay. Since this is such a large home, it is obviously meant to accommodate large groups. We had 23 total people staying in the home, and we soon realized after people tried to shower the first day that 3 of the 4 showers had issues—one shooting water everywhere (ceiling, walls, floor), one drained very slowly, and one leaked out of the bottom of the shower and then eventually clogged and would not drain at all.
Another issue was that the trash cans were almost full when we got there, which caused a huge problem because we fed this large group there all week, making meals and making more trash with no where to put it.
Additionally, one of the gas ovens did not work properly—it was super slow to heat up and then did not cook the food as evenly as the other oven. Again, this was a major issue for us since we were feeding a large group at least twice a day for almost a week. The refrigerator was also not making ice or water from the dispenser. It wasn’t a huge problem, but an added expense of ice that we did not know about or were prepared for.
Even more, after we already booked our stay, we received a rental contract from the host with an increase of several hundred dollars from what we originally booked for. When we reached out to ask about this, the host said that he had increased his prices but the Vrbo account did not update it in time, but he was still expecting us to pay the new higher price. We negotiated some, but still had to pay more than what we expected and booked for originally.
Considering we spent and paid for 4 nights here, these issues were not minor.
For ALL of these issues, we reached out immediately to the host explaining what was going on and received no response back whatsoever. We had a couple of interactions via messages before our stay and he had been speedy in his responses, so this was a surprise to us when we ran into these issues with no message back.
It’s hard to write a review like this because the house was truly beautiful, but each of these problems were significant, especially considering the cost to stay here per night.
