Welcome to your dream getaway in Flagstaff! Nestled in the newly established Woody Mountain Estates, this enormous, high-end home offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, making it perfect for large families or groups. With 3 king beds, 1 queen, 3 full beds, and 3 twin beds, there's ample space for everyone to unwind and recharge.

The open floor plan features elegant touches such as an indoor fireplace, a dedicated ice machine, and a wine cooler for those special moments. The master suite provides a spa-like experience with a rainshower and a soaking tub that overlooks the tranquil forest. Upstairs, a private living area, bunk room with 3 queen/twin beds, and a deck offer an ideal spot for morning coffee with breathtaking views.

-Primary bedroom - 1 king bed, ensuite bathroom, first level
-2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed (Murphy bed), (use bathroom by living room), first level
-3rd bedroom - 1 king bed, ensuite bathroom, first level

-5th bedroom - 3 twin over 3 queen bunk beds (6 total beds), ensuite bathroom, second level, attached outdoor deck

What can you expect?
* All bathrooms include complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You will also find hair dryers, fresh towels, and laundry access.
* A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, coffee, and trash bags (3) are provided.
* Every bed will have a fresh set of linens and a comforter or quilt. One set of towels per person is provided.
* No parking is allowed on the street per HOA rules. Three vehicles can fit in the garage and three fit in the driveway.
* A garage door opener or code is not provided to protect all guests - you can access the garage using the interior button.
* Local customer service is available 8 am-10 pm.

The outdoor space is a haven for nature lovers, with direct access to the forest, a large grill, plenty of seating, and a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. The three-car garage, complete with a Tesla charger, adds to the convenience.

We rented this home to accommodate two families while in Flagstaff for a friend’s wedding, and it was perfect for our needs. The house was very clean, well-kept, and had plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Communication with the homeowners was excellent, quick and helpful whenever we had a question.The only thing we would have wished for was a slightly later checkout time (10 AM felt a little early and rushed the morning after a wedding; 11 AM would have been ideal). Other than that, everything about our stay was wonderful, and we’d happily book this property again.

This was our 21st annual trip to Flagstaff. This house was a good size but the large dining table only sat 6 because all the other 4 or 6 chairs were broken. This seems like a new rental so it was surprising that this many chairs were broken. The mattresses were not that comfortable. There is plenty of space to gather as a group or find a quiet corner.
