Property was clean and organized. Beds are comfortable and kitchen was well supplied. Once closets, and baseboards are finished it will be very functional for longer stays. We are older so the stairs were a bit difficult to take luggage up and down. Would stay again.

Great for our short trip

Location was good for us—outside of Fairbanks, but that was fine. The apartment was nicely stocked with snacks; it was warm while we were there, but ceiling fans in the rooms plus a box fan kept the place cool enough for us. We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exactly as listed—clean, in great condition, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, and the space was roomy and comfortable for our family.The location is excellent. It’s less than a mile to the Three Bears Grocery, Convenience Store, and Hardware, and about a mile to the Santa Claus House. Restaurants are nearby (burgers, Thai food, and tacos within 5 minutes), and walking to downtown is easy with several parks along the way. North Pole is very walkable overall, with sidewalks and trails throughout. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant.Our host was wonderful—very responsive, communicative, and easy to work with. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

This property is well prepared for anyone who stays.

The property was very clean with good size bedrooms and a nice kitchen area. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to a grocery store, etc. There was a surprise, the host had a variety of snacks available for us.

This little apartment was the perfect alternative to an expensive hotel room. The decor was simple, cute, and relaxing. Kitchen was perfectly stocked. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows! The host was very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

There is a specific reason as to why we are called “The Golden Heart City.” I hope to collaborate with you and allow me the opportunity to be your “hostess with the mostest :)” to prove and show to you why.

To include a little more, I’m a single mother of 3 amazing young sons, one with special needs. By offering my home to you, this allows me to maintain an occupation that is flexible and for my Children. This opportunity, I can focus on my full time occupation and love, being a mother.

Also, we offer a great deal of cleaning supplies and extra toiletries to keep you worry free and comfortable during your stay.

After the unit has been deep cleaned. The property is disinfected and sanitized through out and all common areas.
