We had a great Labor Day Weekend! All the space in the cabin was perfect for my family. The location was great and we enjoyed the view of the lake on the deck. The host was very easy to communicate with.

Great view of the lake, great location within walking distance of the water, with plenty of space for family to hang out and relax. This is one of my favorite properties.

Fantastic view of lake and really cozy inside and outside.

Everything was as it was stated online and Bass Lake is a beautiful beautiful area to visit. So much to do there will go again.

Great home to stretch out and relax! Brought our boat and took the short (but steep) hike down to the dock several times a day. Our family consisted of grown kids and 2 littles. It was perfect. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful time at Bass Lake! The home was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for our group of four couples. The patio was definitely a highlight, with a gorgeous view of the lake. Parking was easy, and the kitchen was fully stocked, which made our stay even more convenient. Communication with the host was excellent! they were quick to respond and made themselves available the entire time.The only downsides were that one of the bedrooms on the first level stayed a bit warmer due to limited AC ventilation, and the boat slip was tricky to find (thankfully, some friendly neighbors helped us locate it).Overall, a great experience.

The air conditioning would not shut off. They had 2 different repairmen come while we were there and could not fix it.Everything outside was dirty and worn out. The rugs inside the house were gross.

Amazing weekend in Bass Lake

We absolutely loved our stay at Bella Vista! The home is clean and well-stocked with everything you’d need (coffee, cookware, spices, towels, etc.). The location is also great, as it’s walking distance to Bass Lake’s small downtown area and boat docks. The property manager were also very responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. Thank you so much for having us! We’ll definitely stay here again :)

Beautiful View!!!

We spent our 2023 family vacation at this property. It was a big hit with the family! The view was AMAZING! We just wanted to stay on that deck morning, noon and night! The cleanliness of the property could have been better, but overall, we would go back again! Thank you for the beautiful memories and VIEW!

Bass Lake Hetaway

Me and my 4 retirement age friends rented the house as lodging during a reunion at the picnic area straight across the Lake. The home is spacious enough to rest and relax with 5 ( or more) full sized humans. The deck out from looking across the Lake is huge and fabulous. The place checked all the boxes for us.

Beautiful Property

The house was amazing with a spectacular view of the lake from the huge deck! The house was so clean and welcoming with plenty of room for all 9 of us. We have stayed at several different houses at Bass Lake and this one didn’t disappoint! The host K&M was so responsive and kind and helpful. We have not had that kind of responsiveness in the past. It was a pleasure working with them throughout the whole process of booking and our stay. Highly recommend!

Views and Peace

Overall we had a great peaceful stay, few glitches but management super responsive. Only thing I forgot to mention is there is no coffee pot, it is a Keurig, and we just would have enjoyed a full pot of coffee instead of one cup at a time, made no impact on our stay, beautiful patio with amazing views, celebrated sisters birthdays with great family. Thank you so very much!

Beautiful lakeview house.

You can see the sun set on the beautiful lake from the deck of this clean and well kept house. Kitchen is well equipped. There is a cozy coffee bar. Some rooms had little to no air conditioning. It would be nice if the toiletries were well stocked. Parking is a bit tricky in front of the house.

It worked out ok but we wouldn’t go back.

The property seems to be two old cabins that were combined. The kitchen hasn't had a good scrub in ages. (There’s a partial kitchen at one end of the living room and a full kitchen at the other.) The location is very high density with extremely narrow roads. The view from the porch is very good, but neighbor’s property is just right next to it. There is not a connecting dock or boat slip, you have to go down to the lake and there is no parking. We were glad we didn’t bring our boat.

Great View

Nice place with a great view. The boat slip was listed wrong in the check in process. Also finding the location of the dock was not easy. A chair did break when a child sat in it resulting in a cut on his back. It wasn’t terrible but did cause some tears. Overall, would stay again.

Breathtaking View of Bass Lake

We loved staying at Bella Vista… the house was super clean with lots of outdoor deck space with perfect view of Bass Lake! The management team was truly awesome with great communication from start to finish! They made sure we had everything for our stay and wanted to ensure we were comfortable! The house came with a fully loaded kitchen and a second coffee kitchen.. lots of space to entertain the family and game room with lots of games including fun video game.. Short walk to lake and trailhead to Angel Falls!! I would highly recommend Bells Vista for your visit to Bass Lake.

BASS LAKE GEM

this property has one of the BEST bass lake views!!! The patio had plenty of furniture for the 7 guests in our party. Having a main kitchen and then a second kitchen for overflow storage/ sink etc was really helpful! We used 2nd frig to store all of our drinks. Dining room table was nice and large for all of us to sit together. We only had 2 automobiles but guests could park behind each other… so room for one or maybe two more. Plenty of pots for warming up food we brought and dishwasher worked very well. The gem is the patio and the view! If you have 6-8/10 people… THIS is the best property for the price! Enjoy your visit as much as we did!!

Quirky but fun

The rooms situation was a little quirky having to go thru one room to get to the master downstairs which could be uncomfortable if you were staying with friends rather than family. The flooring above the master downstairs is also VERY loud so you hear every step people make. The queen bed and the king bed were as hard as a rock and the kitchen was tiny. Loved the large table and the ambiance of the cabin. The views were nice. The game room was fun. Having the second refrigerator was a plus. Could use a deep cleaning. Baseboards were very dirty, lots of cobwebs, and kitchen trash can was filthy inside. Thank you for allowing us to bring our beloved dog. All in all we had a wonderful Christmas and enjoyed our stay in your home!

Nice but expensive

The house was in clean condition but there were other irregularities. Paying $900+ per day, we expected a very nice rental. Some of the pillows did not have pillow cases and were never provided. There were no wash clothes, not provided; had problems with the oven; no dustpan; pillows on deck were rotten and ripped; deck was covered in leaves; deck table had a major crack; dock slip had a boat there all week, so unusable; little to no soap to do the towels, which was requested, so had to buy our own; not enough toilet paper for 9 people in 6 days. We definitely had a good time, but we felt it was a lot to pay for not having these basics, plus we rented that space for the boat dock and it was being used.
