Great Apartment in Val d’Isere

Perfect stay for skiing for a family of four(2adults, 2children). Location was unbeatable. Near the piste, boulangerie, ski school! Apartment was well equipped, modern with plenty of storage. Photos are accurate. Agent was very accommodating and helpful. Overall a professional service, we’d absolutely stay again!

Great location, ok apartment

Location is great, right next to snow front. Apartment itself is ok, some odd things (the water heater doesn’t work well, sheets aren’t properly sized for the bed). Didn’t feel we got value for the price

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Regarding the shower, it was indeed a problem with the shower head, which has now been resolved, and we apologize for the inconvenience. As for the size of the sheets, we delivered the correct size sheets immediately after your request. This was outside our usual standard and was an error made by our team during your stay, and we are very sorry. It has now been rectified and everything is back to normal.
